What are the spa’s hours?
Our daily hours of operation are 10am-7pm. Spa treatments are available from 9:30am-7:30pm. Salon services are available from 9:30am-7:30pm Monday to Saturday and 10am-6pm on Sunday.
When should I make my spa reservation?
Please call as far in advance as possible to ensure availability of the services you want.
How early should I arrive for my spa appointment?
We advise arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your first treatment. That will give you ample time to check-in, change, and familiarize yourself with our spa—as well as relax.
What should I bring to the spa?
Yourself. The spa at Dolce CampoReal provides you with a robe, sandals, and a towel, in addition to hair and body care amenities.
What should I not bring to the spa?
So everyone enjoys the spa, we ask that you leave all electronic devices—pagers, cell phones, laptops—in your guest room. We are also an alcohol and smoke-free environment.
What should I wear for my treatment?
Many guests prefer to be unclothed during bodywork and are always covered with a discretionary sheet or blanket. Your therapist will undrape one area of your body at a time to work on and cover that area before moving on to the next. We do provide disposable underwear and a hair cap. It’s your choice what level of undress suits your comfort level. All of our therapists adhere to the highest standard of ethical and professional behavior.
How do I request a particular therapist?
You can request a therapist based on gender, style of massage, or by name. All of our providers are highly skilled, and each one brings unique qualities to their work. Male therapists are naturally stronger and sometimes preferred for deep tissue work, however both female and male therapists are capable of effective soft touch and deep work, leaving you relaxed and rejuvenated upon completion.
What if I’m running late?
Arriving late will limit the time of your service, diminishing the effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your body treatment will end at the scheduled time in order to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment.
What if I can’t make my spa appointment?
If you need to cancel your treatment, please notify the spa at least two hours prior to your first appointment. Otherwise[JM2] you will be subject to a 50% service charge. A “No Show” is charged at full rate.
What other facilities are offered at the spa?
The spa offers Caribbean and Cascade showers, a steam, sauna, whirlpool, and relaxation area with balcony access.
What is the tipping policy?
Additional gratuity is appreciated for exceptional service you’ve received at the spa.
How do I bring the spa experience home with me?
