*App Flash Deal: Get a $25 Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Subject to these terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”), guests of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts who reside in the United States (“U.S. Qualifying Guests ”) can receive a $25 Gift Card (“App Gift Card Deal”) when they book a stay of at least 2 consecutive nights at a hotel located in the United States (“Qualifying Hotels”) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App between August 9 , 2021 and August 11, 2021, and complete such stay by September 30, 2021 (an “Offer Qualifying Stay”).  Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, stays booked in whole or in part with Wyndham Rewards points will not qualify for this App Gift Card Deal.

As more particularly set forth below, each U.S. Qualifying Guest who completes an Offer Qualifying Stay will have the opportunity to claim a US $25 Amazon® Gift Card , a US $25 Shell Gas Gift Card or a US$25 BP Gas Gift Card (each, a “Gift Card”). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, (a) only the first stay booked and consumed by a U.S. Qualifying Guest in accordance with these Offer Terms will be deemed an Offer Qualifying Stay; and (b) there is a maximum of one (1) Gift Card per U.S. Qualifying Guest pursuant to this App Gift Card Deal, regardless of how many stays are booked and completed by such guest in accordance with these Offer Terms.

Gift Card claim instructions will be emailed to each U.S. Qualifying Guest at the email address associated with such guest’s reservation information within two (2) to four (4) weeks after completion of such guest’s Offer Qualifying Stay. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, any U.S. Qualifying Guest who does not have a valid email address associated with his/her/their reservation will not be eligible for this App Gift Card Deal. Each U.S. Qualifying Guest will also be required to provide a valid postal address as part of the claim process; Gift Card will be mailed to such address approximately two (2) to four (4) weeks after such guest’s completion of claim process. Gift Cards must be redeemed in accordance with any terms and conditions stated thereon, and any other terms and conditions imposed on their use by the applicable merchants.

A reservation made in connection with this App Gift Card Deal must be cancelled in accordance with the terms and conditions of the reserved rate and individual Qualifying Hotel’s cancellation policy; reservations cancelled outside of the specified cancellation policy, as well as no-shows, will be charged first night plus tax and the guest will not receive the opportunity to claim a Gift Card.

Blackout dates, room type exclusions and other restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to Qualifying Hotels and is subject to availability at such hotels. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation originally made by a U.S. Qualifying Guest via the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts app in accordance with these Offer Terms  may result in an ineligibility to claim a Gift Card. The App Gift Card Deal and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.
