The App Flash Sale - Get 10% or 20% Off our Best Available Rate (“Mobile Flash Sale”) is available at participating hotels for certain stays booked on (i) the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App or (ii) the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts mobile websites (i.e., the mobile versions of wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com and the official brand websites of each participating Hotel Chain) between July 11, 2022 and July 13, 2022, and completed by September 9, 2022.  As more particularly set forth below, a one (1) night stay at a participating hotel booked and completed in accordance with these terms and conditions will receive 10% off of such hotel’s Best Available Rate (as defined below), and a two (2) or more night stay at a participating hotel booked and completed in accordance with these terms and conditions will receive 20% off of such hotel’s Best Available Rate.  “Best Available Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the brand sites for the hotel, date and accommodation requested.

New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservations with this rate must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

Savings are discounted from a participating hotel’s Best Available Rate, excluding taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed.  To receive 10% off of a participating hotel’s Best Available Rate, a stay must be one (1) night. To receive 20% off of a participating hotel’s Best Available Rate, a stay must span two (2) or more consecutive nights (with a single check-in on the first date of such time period and a single check-out on the last date of such time period).

A reservation made for the Mobile Flash Sale must be canceled in accordance with the individual hotel cancelation policy; reservations canceled outside of specified cancelation policy as well as no-shows, will be charged, at minimum, first night plus tax; contact hotel directly for any other charges that it may impose for such cancelations and no-shows.

Blackout dates, room type exclusions and other restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to participating hotels and is subject to availability at such hotels. It is possible that the Mobile Flash Sale will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the Mobile Flash Sale may result in an ineligibility to receive the App Flash Sale discount. The App Flash Sale and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.

Tax is additional, and rates may be combined with Wyndham Rewards bonus point offers but not with any dollars off, percentage off or other discounted rate or promotion. Credit guarantee and reservation policies may vary by hotel; please inquire at time of reservation.

U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be automatically enrolled in the Wyndham Rewards Program upon completion of reservation; to void enrollment, call Wyndham Rewards member services at 1-866-996-7937. Non-U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be provided an option to enroll in the Wyndham Rewards Program at time of reservation; for clarity, rate is only available to those who elect to join.
