The Wyndham Hotel Group Winter Promotion 2016 / 2017 (the “Promotion”) offers a discount of up to 30% off the Best Available Rate per room per night and is applicable for bookings based on 2 people sharing on a room only basis at participating Wyndham Hotel Group branded properties throughout Europe, Middle East, Eurasia & Africa. Best Available Rate means the best generally bookable rate which is not subject to a promotion, which may not be pre-paid and for which no cancellation fees apply. 2. Level of discount varies depending on length of stay and there is a minimum length of stay of 2 consecutive nights and no maximum length of stay. Stays of 2 consecutive nights receive a discount of 20%, stays of 3 consecutive nights receive a discount of 25% and stays of 4 consecutive nights or more receive a discount of 30%. 3. To qualify for the discount in the Promotion, bookings must be made through Wyndham Hotel Group direct channels between Monday 21st November 2016 (from 00:01 local time) and Tuesday 31st January 2017 (until 23:59 local time). Stays must take place between Monday 21st November 2016 and Tuesday 28th February 2017 (both days inclusive). 4. Only bookings made direct through Wyndham Hotel Group websites at www.wyndhamhotelgroup.de, www.wyndhamhotelgroup.com.tr, www.ramada.co.uk, www.daysinn.co.uk, www.wyndhamrewards.co.uk and www.wyndhamrewards.de or the Wyndham Hotel Group call centre by calling 00-0800-367-87477 are eligible for this Promotion and qualify for Wyndham Rewards points. Bookings made through online travel agents or other third party channels are not eligible for this Promotion and do not qualify for Wyndham Rewards points. Rates and stay dates in the Promotion are subject to availability at participating hotels and exclusions and blackout dates may apply locally which vary from hotel to hotel. You will be informed at the time of the booking of the availability of the discount rate and any applicable exclusions and blackout dates. 6. A list of Wyndham Hotel Group branded properties throughout Europe, Middle East, Eurasia & Africa that are participating in this Promotion can be found on our Promotion webpages. 7. This Promotion discount is based on stays in a standard room accommodating 2 people sharing, (extra charges may apply for additional people) although some participating hotels may also choose to include executive room categories in this Promotion. 8. This Promotion is based on a room only rate and the discount does not include additional items such as meals, room service, telephone charges, mini bar, parking etc. which must be paid directly at the hotel (if taken). Local taxes, service charges and any other local fees may apply in addition to the advertised rate. 9. Full non-refundable pre-payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings cannot be changed, modified, transferred or cancelled (except if prohibited by local law). Payment will be made in the local hotel currency. 10. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, discounts or packages, e.g. park and fly. 11. This Promotion applies to new bookings only and is not available retrospectively or to group bookings (10 or more guests). 12. All participating hotels are independently owned and most independently operated. The Promoter does not own any of the hotels taking part in this Promotion and cannot accept liability for loss or injury, howsoever caused, during the stays. 13. The Promoter reserves the right to change these Winter Sale 2016/2017 Terms & Conditions and/or to withdraw this Promotion at any time without notice. Any change or withdrawal will not affect any bookings already made when such change or withdrawal occurs. 14.
