Bonus Points Terms & Conditions:

Capitalized terms used without definition in these promotion terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamRewards.com/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for the Wyndham Rewards 900 bonus points offer (“Bonus Points Offer”), a guest must: (i) be or become a Wyndham Rewards Member; then, (ii) between April 12, 2019 and May 19, 2019, book one (1) Qualified Stay at a participating La Quinta by Wyndham hotel (a) on www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com, any of the official brand websites of the participating Hotel Chains, the Wyndham Rewards app, or via the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or the La Quinta Hotel Chain; (b) onsite at a participating La Quinta by Wyndham hotel, directly with such hotel; or (c) via a non-online travel agent (i.e., a traditional travel agent); and (iii) complete such Qualified Stay by May 20, 2019 (an “Offer Qualifying Stay”).  A Member who completes one (1) Offer Qualifying Stay pursuant to these Promotion Terms will receive 900 Wyndham Rewards bonus points for such Offer Qualifying Stay (the additional points earned pursuant to these Promotion Terms, the “Bonus”). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Promotion Terms, there is a maximum of one (1) Offer Qualifying Stay per Member, regardless of how many stays such Member completes between April 12, 2019 and May 20, 2019. A Member will not receive the Bonus for a no-show. Qualified Stays are subject to certain restrictions, including, without limitation, that such stays cannot be booked via any third party website; see the Program Terms for more information about Qualified Stays.  The Bonus will usually be posted to an eligible Member’s Member account within two to four weeks following the completion of such Member’s Offer Qualifying Stay. For clarity, any stay that has a check-in date prior to April 12, 2019, and/or a check-out date after May 20, 2019, will not be counted towards the Bonus Points Offer.  Members who have elected to earn airline miles or rail points in their Member profile will earn base miles or rail points in accordance with the Program Terms and the Bonus in the form of Wyndham Rewards points.

The Bonus Points Offer is exclusive to Wyndham Rewards Members. The Bonus Points Offer is not transferable and may not be substituted for any other offer. Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify the Bonus Points Offer without notice. The Bonus Points Offer is subject to full Program Terms in addition to these Promotion Terms, and is void where prohibited.
