At Wyndham Indianapolis West, we take our events so seriously that our meeting space has its own designated wing of the hotel, conveniently located all on one floor. Any vision can be realized with over 35,000 square feet of unobstructed flexible space, accommodating up to 2,000 guests.
Our 9,400-square-foot Exhibit Hall features 16-foot ceilings and an adjacency to the loading dock, making it easy to set up and take down a display. This customizable site can harbor 40 10x10-foot exhibit booths, up to 1,200 guests for a reception, and up to 810 guests for a sit-down dinner.
The Grand Ballroom and Junior Ballroom are ideal for an impressive meeting or evening affair. They can accommodate up to 700 for a sublime dinner event, or be divided into smaller spaces according to your needs.
Up to 100 guests can mingle on our Poolside Terrace, a scenic spot for a lunch or cocktail party. Treat 250 attendees to a special evening in our Private Bar, an exclusive setting that’s closed to the public and features a fully-stocked bar, martini seating, and dance floor. For an intimate meeting, our plush Executive Boardroom comfortably seats 16.
