To qualify for the 15% discount off of the Best Available Rate (as defined below) on stays of 2 or more consecutive nights at participating hotels worldwide (the “Wyndham Spring Sale for AARP Members”), an AARP member must, between April 9, 2024 and June 30, 2024 (the “Booking Period”), on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), book the Wyndham Spring Sale for AARP Members rate for 2 or more consecutive nights and complete such stay by September 5, 2024.

For clarity, any stay that is booked outside of the Booking Period, i.e., booked prior to April 9, 2024 or after June 30, 2024, or completed after September 5, 2024, will not qualify for the Wyndham Spring Sale for AARP Members. Blackout dates may apply and will vary by individual hotel.

For purposes of these Offer Terms,

“Best Available Rate” means: the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the applicable brand site for the hotel, date and accommodation requested; and
“Direct Booking Channel” means: (i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains; (ii) the official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains by requesting the Wyndham Spring Sale for AARP Members; (iii) onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property by requesting the Wyndham Spring Sale for AARP Members; or (iv) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

Savings are discounted from a participating hotel’s Best Available Rate, excluding taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. Reservations with this rate must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservations can be canceled in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy and can vary by hotel. Reservations canceled outside of cancellation policy and no-shows will be charged, at a minimum, first night plus tax.

Room type exclusions and additional restrictions may apply and will vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to participating hotels and is subject to availability at such hotels. It is possible that the Wyndham Spring Sale for AARP Members will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the Wyndham Spring Sale for AARP Members may result in an ineligibility to receive the Spring Sale discount. The Spring Sale and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.
