The discount of 15% for COVID-19 essential workers (“Everyday Heroes Rate”) is offered by participating hotels by Wyndham® to individuals who, in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic, provide services in one or more of the following categories: healthcare operations; essential infrastructure; essential manufacturing; essential retail; news media; dispensation of basic necessities to disadvantaged populations; construction; defense; maintenance of safety, sanitation and/or essential operations of residences or other essential business; any/or other essential products or services (including, without limitation, logistics and technology support). Please be prepared to present proof of eligibility at check-in. Savings are 15% off of a participating hotel’s Best Available Rate (as defined below). Discount excludes taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. “Best Available Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the brand sites for the hotel, date and accommodations requested.

Between March 2, 2020 and June 30, 2021, the Everyday Heroes Rate can be booked by eligible individuals who: (i) use Corporate Code 1000005038 on www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com, any of the official brand websites of any participating Wyndham Hotels & Resorts hotel chain or the Wyndham Rewards app; or (ii) request the Everyday Heroes Rate via the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the participating Wyndham Hotels & Resorts hotel chains. Reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Offer is subject to availability at participating hotels. Must cancel 24 hours prior to 4 pm local time of arrival date (or less if permitted by the hotel’s policy) to avoid charge of first night plus taxes and fees. Room type exclusions and other restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel. Please inquire at time of reservation. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the Everyday Heroes Rate may result in ineligibility to receive the discount, or a change to the amount of the discount received. This offer may be changed or discontinued at any time, is subject to applicable law and void or not applicable where prohibited by law. The Everyday Heroes Rate cannot be transferred or combined with any other dollars off, percentage off or other discounted rate or promotion.
