How do I know I have received my points or Travel Partner Currency?
Provide your Wyndham Rewards member number each time you check in. Then you can check your points or Travel Partner Currency status online by visiting My Account. Please allow 2–4 weeks for points to be credited to your account. For Travel Partner Currency, please allow 6–8 weeks.
What do I do if I believe I have earned points or Travel Partner Currency that do not appear in my account after the 2–4 or 6–8 week time period, respectively?

Earning
What do I earn for my stays at Participating Properties?
For every Qualified Stay at a Participating Property, you'll receive 10 Wyndham Rewards points for every dollar you spend, or 1,000 Wyndham Rewards points, whichever is more. Points are earned for dollars spent on room rate only, except at Dolce Hotels and Resorts, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Wyndham Garden, and Wyndham Grand hotels, where 10 points are earned for each dollar spent on the total folio.
You can also earn Wyndham Rewards points on Go Fast awards at Participating Properties. Points are earned on the cash portion paid on room rate only (i.e., excluding taxes, incidentals and other applicable fees), except at Dolce Hotels and Resorts, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Wyndham Garden and Wyndham Grand hotels, where points are earned on the total cash portion paid.
You can choose to earn Travel Partner Currency (i.e., airline miles, rail points, etc.) instead of Wyndham Rewards points for Qualified Stays and Go Fast Awards at Participating Hotels only. You cannot earn Travel Partner Currency for Qualified Stays or Go Fast awards at Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties or Participating Destinations. If you choose to earn Travel Partner Currency instead of Wyndham Rewards points, the number of miles/points per dollar earned varies by partner.
What are Accelerated Earning Points?
All Members who elect to earn Wyndham Rewards points do so for their Qualified Stays (and certain types of Go Fast award stays), at a rate of 10 points per dollar spent on the room rate; such points are sometimes referred to as “Base Points.” In addition to earning Base Points for Qualified Stays, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Members can receive Accelerated Earning Points on such stays; these are calculated as a percentage of the number of Base Points earned for the stay. The percentage applied to determine Accelerated Earning Points varies based on Member Level, as set forth below:
- Gold Level Members: 10% of Base Points
- Platinum Level Members: 15% of Base Points
- Diamond Level Members: 20% of Base Points
If I elected to earn Travel Partner Currency instead of Wyndham Rewards points, will I still earn Accelerated Earning Points on Qualified Stays?
No. If you elected to earn Travel Partner Currency instead of Wyndham Rewards points, you will not earn Accelerated Earning Points on Qualified Stays regardless of your Member Level.
Will I earn Accelerated Earning Points on Go Fast awards?
No. Regardless of your Member Level, you will not earn Accelerated Earning Points on any type of Go Fast award.
Will Accelerated Earning apply to promotions?
Terms will vary by promotion but in most cases, Accelerated Earning Points will be calculated based on the number of Base Points earned (i.e., not on the number of Base Points + the number of promotional points earned).
What does a go get ’em award mean?
Go Get ‘Em awards are our way of simplifying how to earn Wyndham Rewards points. For every Qualified Stay at a Participating Property, you earn a minimum of 1,000 points. You earn a minimum of 1,000 points for every Qualified Stay at a Participating Property, because even if our other earning methods don’t yield 1,000 points, we’ll credit you the difference.
How does Go Get ‘Em work with Accelerated Earning?
Accelerated Earning Points (if any) will be applied to a Qualified Stay before Go Get ‘Em points are calculated. In instances where Accelerated Earning pushes a Member’s point earning above 1,000 points for a stay, Go Get ‘Em will not be applied.
For example:
A Gold Member stays one night at a rate of $80 (before taxes and incidentals), earning 800 Base Points. Accelerated Earning Points are applied (calculated as 10% of the Base Points earned), which adds 80 more points, for a total of 880 points. Because the total is fewer than 1,000 points, a Go Get ‘Em award is then applied, adding an additional 120 points and resulting in a total of 1,000 points for the Qualified Stay.
A Diamond Member stays one night at a rate of $125 (before taxes and incidentals), earning 1,250 Base Points. Accelerated Earning Points are applied (calculated as 20% of the Base Points earned), which adds 250 more points, for a total of 1,500 points. Because the total number of points earned for the Qualified Stay exceeds 1,000, a Go Get ‘Em award is not applied.
Will I earn Go Get ‘Em awards on Go Fast awards?
No. None of the various forms of Go Fast awards are eligible for Go Get ‘Em awards.
If I elected to earn is Travel Partner Currency instead of Wyndham Rewards points, will I still earn a minimum of 1,000 airline / rail points per Qualified Stay at a Participating Hotel?
No. If your earning preference is Travel Partner Currency instead of Wyndham Rewards points, you will not receive a Go Get ‘Em award or any additional Travel Partner Currency for a Qualified Stay at a Participating Hotel.
In which programs can I earn Travel Partner Currency?
We have developed relationships with leading travel programs. See our full list of participating partners. If you want to earn Travel Partner Currency for your Qualified Stays and Go Fast Awards at Participating Hotels, you must choose one of these programs on your Member Profile. At the end of your Qualified Stay or Go Fast Award at a Participating Hotel, your miles or points will be directly credited to the program you choose. Please allow 6–8 weeks for the miles or points to appear in your frequent travel program account.
How do I choose to earn Travel Partner Currency for my Qualified Stays and Go Fast Awards at Participating Hotels?
Choose which earning option you prefer on the enrollment form when you join, or, if you're already a member, sign in to your member account and edit your Member Profile.
If I enroll now at a Participating Hotel, can I earn for my stay?
Yes. As long as you enroll before you check out and your stay meets the requirements of a Qualified Stay, you will earn for your stay. Please note that if you wish to earn Travel Partner Currency, you must also complete this option in your Member Profile and be a member of the partner travel program prior to checkout of your first Qualified Stay; otherwise, you will earn Wyndham Rewards points for that Qualified Stay.
Do I need to make a reservation to earn points on a Qualified Stay? Or to redeem points for a Go Free or a Go Fast award?
Reservations are always recommended, but you do not need one in order to earn points for a Qualified Stay. Simply present your Wyndham Rewards Member number before you check out, and your Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency will be credited to you. You are required, however, to make a reservation when redeeming points for a Go Free or a Go Fast award. Depending on the property, you can make a reservation either online, by calling Member Services at 1-866-996-7937 or visiting the Contact Us page.

A Go Free award is a redemption option that allows you to redeem 7,500, 15,000 or 30,000 Wyndham Rewards points at a Participating Hotel or 15,000 or 30,000 Wyndham Rewards points at a Participating Caesars Entertainment Property for a free night stay at any such property worldwide, subject to availability. The point redemption level at a particular property depends on the tier of such property. For up-to-date redemption tier information visit wyndhamrewards.com/locations to conduct a search. At most Participating Hotels and Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties, the Go Free award will be valid only for the room rate for one (1) single or double standard hotel room for up to the maximum occupancy of the room, including local taxes. Resort fees apply at Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties, even for Go Free nights, and cannot be paid with points.
What are Go Free awards at Participating Destinations, WVR Redemption Condos, WVR Redemption Homes, Redemption Cottages, and Redemption Landal GreenParks?
These awards are redemption options that allow you to redeem 15,000 or 30,000 Wyndham Rewards points per bedroom per accommodation for a free night stay at any such participating property worldwide. These awards cannot be obtained unless the Member has enough points for all bedrooms within the applicable unit; a Member cannot redeem points for fewer than all bedrooms and pay for the remaining bedrooms. Do Go Free awards at Participating Hotels or Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties have any blackout dates?
While our Participating Hotels do not have blackout dates, blackout dates and rates do apply for the use of Go Free awards at Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties. (A “blackout rate” means a room rate above which a particular hotel will not offer a Go Free award.)
Do Go Free awards at Participating Destinations, WVR Redemption Condos, WVR Redemption Homes, Redemption Cottages, and Redemption Landal GreenParks have any blackout dates?
Yes, Go Free awards at these participating properties are subject to blackout dates and rates. (A “blackout rate” means a room rate above which a particular accommodation will not offer a Go Free Home Award or Go Free Condo Award.)
Can I earn Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency on my Go Free award nights?
No. You cannot earn Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency for Go Free award nights. Additionally, Go Free award nights cannot be combined with any other coupon, offer, or special promotion for the stay. Such award nights do, however, count toward obtaining your next Member Level.
What is a Go Fast award at a Participating Hotel and Participating Caesars Entertainment Property?
A Go Fast award is a redemption option that allows you to redeem Wyndham Rewards points to obtain a discounted rate, subject to availability. At Participating Hotels, such discounts can be obtained for 1,500, 3,000 or 6,000 points; at Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties, such discounts can be obtained for 3,000 or 6,000 points. The point redemption level at a particular property depends on the tier of such property. For up-to-date redemption tier information visit wyndhamrewards.com/locations to conduct a search. Not all properties that participate in the Wyndham Rewards Program offer Go Fast awards at all times. You can search for an accommodation here to determine whether it participates in the Go Fast award program on your desired dates. Taxes and any other applicable fees are not included in A Go Fast award, and must be paid in addition to the discounted rate.
Can I earn Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency for a Go Fast Award at a Go Fast Participating Hotel?
Yes! You can earn “Base Points” or Travel Partner Currency on the cash portion paid, excluding taxes, incidentals and other applicable fees, at Go Fast Participating Hotels (points or Travel Partner Currency are earned on total amount paid at Dolce Hotels and Resorts, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Wyndham Grand and Wyndham Garden hotels). (“Base Points” refers to points earned under the Program Terms and Conditions at a rate of 10 points per dollar spent on the room rate of applicable stays.)

The amount of points required for a Go Fast award at any of these properties participating in the Go Fast award program is 3,000 or 6,000 Wyndham Rewards points per bedroom per night. So, for example, a Go Fast award night at a 2-bedroom property that is redeemable for 3,000 points per bedroom per night would require redemption of 6,000 points (plus payment of the cash portion and any other fees that may be payable at such property).

What is a Qualifying Night?
A "Qualifying Night" is any of the following:
- A paid, stayed night during a Qualified Stay at a Participating Property (so long as the Qualified Stay has an average daily rate of at least $25);
- A paid, stayed Go Fast award night at any type of participating property;
- A stayed Go Free award night at any type of participating property.

If I have multiple rooms reserved at a property that participates in Wyndham Rewards, is each room night eligible to be a Qualifying Night?
No, only the night(s) associated with the room/unit in which the booking Member stays are eligible to be Qualifying Night(s).
Will the nights I stayed at a Wyndham Rewards participating property prior to becoming a Member be applied toward my Wyndham Rewards Member Level upon my enrollment into the program?
No. Nights stayed at a Wyndham Rewards participating property prior to Program membership do not count toward your Wyndham Rewards Member Level
Do nights that I book through online travel agencies (like Expedia) count toward unlocking Member Levels?
No. All third-party website or on-line bookings (i.e., all website and on-line bookings made on websites, apps or digital platforms, as well as any bookings made by telephone with any such third-party, in each case, other than those described in the Program Terms & Conditions are not Qualifying Nights. Please be sure to book on WyndhamRewards.com to help ensure your stayed nights are considered Qualifying Nights and count toward unlocking your next Member Level.
How can I tell what Member Level I have qualified for?
You can see your Member Level by signing in to your account and visiting the My Account page. You can also view your Member Level in our convenient Wyndham Hotels & Resorts app.
I think that I am missing some Qualifying Nights. How do I get credit for those?

How do I ensure I maintain my Member Level?
The primary way to obtain a Member Level or unlock the next Member Level is to complete the required number of Qualifying Nights as outlined below:

With limited exceptions, a Member Level is typically scheduled to expire at the end of the calendar year following the calendar year in which it was obtained. You can extend the term of your Member Level or even unlock a higher Member Level by continuing to complete Qualifying Nights. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Section IV of the Program Terms, any Member’s Member Level that was otherwise set to expire, pursuant to the Program Terms, on December 31, 2020, has been extended to December 31, 2021.

Are on-property perks (such as early check-in) available at all properties that participate in the Wyndham Rewards program?

What is a preferred room?
A preferred room is the room that you prefer, so long as it's of the same room type category as the one you reserved. Examples may include a recently renovated room, a more spacious room, or a room with a desired view or location. Preferred rooms are subject to availability, and are determined by the Participating Hotel at check-in.
To the extent available, preferred rooms are offered upon request at Participating Hotels for Qualified Stays, Go Free Award nights, and Go Fast Award nights. Click here for more information and restrictions regarding preferred rooms.
Is there a deadline for requesting a late checkout?
GOLD, PLATINUM, and DIAMOND Level Members can request a late checkout at any point during their Qualified Stay, Go Free Award stay, or Go Fast Award stay at Participating Hotels; however, the request must occur before the hotel's standard checkout time.
Requested checkout time is not to exceed two hours after the hotel's standard checkout time. Click here for more information and restrictions regarding late checkout.
How early can I check in when using my early check-in perk?
Upon request, PLATINUM and DIAMOND Level Members can check in early up to two hours prior to the applicable Participating Hotel's standard check-in time, subject to availability. (However, if available, a Participating Hotel may offer an earlier check-in.)

How does this benefit me?
Eligible Platinum and Diamond members of both the Wyndham Rewards and Caesars Rewards programs may apply for a Status Match in the reciprocal program—PLATINUM to Platinum, DIAMOND to Diamond—while Caesars Rewards Seven Stars® members may apply for a Wyndham Rewards DIAMOND Member Level Status Match.
Wyndham Rewards Members are able to earn points for (i) Qualified Stays at Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties and (ii) Caesars Go Fast Awards at Caesars Go Fast Award Participating Properties when they book directly at WyndhamRewards.com. Additionally, Wyndham Rewards members are able to redeem Wyndham Rewards points for stays at Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties (Caesars Go Free Award and Caesars Go Fast Award nights) when they book directly at WyndhamRewards.com.
Finally, Wyndham Rewards members are able to transfer points between the two programs on an annual basis.
How does the points transfer work?
Members of both Wyndham Rewards and Caesars Rewards are able to transfer up to 30,000 points from one program to the other on an annual basis.
Do stays at Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties count toward Member Levels?
Yes. Paid, stayed Qualified Stays with an average daily rate of $25 per night, paid, stayed- Go Fast nights and stayed Go Free nights at Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties count as Qualifying Nights towards a member’s next Member Level.
Do stays at Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties earn Caesars Rewards Tier Credits?
Yes. Wyndham Rewards Members who are also Caesars Rewards members can earn Wyndham Rewards points and Caesars Rewards Tier Credits for Qualified Stays booked at Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties on WyndhamRewards.com.

I’m currently staying at a Wyndham Hotels & Resorts hotel that participates in Wyndham Rewards and just completed my Status Match online. How do I take advantage of my new Wyndham Rewards Member Level?
If you have successfully completed your Status Match in Wyndham Rewards and are currently visiting a Wyndham Hotels & Resorts hotel that participates in Wyndham Rewards, simply log in to your Wyndham Rewards member account or download our convenient app to access a digital version of your Member card and present it to the hotel’s front desk staff to receive your new Wyndham Rewards member perks. On-property perks are subject to availability and will be awarded in accordance with the Wyndham Rewards Member Levels terms and conditions. You are not entitled to Wyndham Rewards Member Level on-property perks at Caesars Entertainment Properties; any on-property perks offered at such properties will be governed by the Caesars Rewards terms and conditions.
When I first applied for the Wyndham Rewards Status Match, I was in the Platinum Tier in the Caesars Rewards Program, and received the PLATINUM Member Level in the Wyndham Rewards Program. Since that time, I’ve become a Diamond or Seven Stars member in Caesars Rewards. How do I upgrade my Wyndham Rewards Status Match?
If you previously received a Status Match to the Wyndham Rewards PLATINUM Level, but have since become a Diamond or Seven Stars member in the Caesars Rewards program, you are eligible to apply for the DIAMOND Level in the Wyndham Rewards Program in accordance with the Status Match terms and conditions. When does the Wyndham Rewards Member Level I obtain from the Status Match program expire?
The Member Level you receive in the Wyndham Rewards program by virtue of your Status Match expires on December 31 of the calendar year in which you obtain it.
Is your Wyndham Rewards Status Match permanent?
No. The Member Level you receive in the Wyndham Rewards program by virtue of your Status Match expires on December 31 of the calendar year in which you obtain it. If, after expiration, you remain or become eligible again for a Status Match in Wyndham Rewards, you will have an opportunity to reapply for a Status Match pursuant to the then-current Wyndham Rewards Status Match terms and conditions.
Can I apply for a Wyndham Rewards Status Match if I live outside the U.S.?
All eligible Caesars Rewards members, regardless of where they reside, may apply for a Status Match in the Wyndham Rewards program, so long as they are Wyndham Rewards members at the time of application. The Wyndham Rewards program is free to join.
Does applying for a Status Match in Wyndham Rewards keep my Wyndham Rewards points from expiring?
No. Wyndham Rewards points expire in accordance with the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, regardless of whether or not you apply for and/or receive your Status Match.
Does applying for a Status Match in Wyndham Rewards reactivate my inactive Wyndham Rewards account?
No. However, a Wyndham Rewards member can reactivate their account by earning, redeeming, or transferring points or Travel Partner Currency in accordance with the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions.
Can I gift my Wyndham Rewards Status Match eligibility to a family member or friend?
No. Your Wyndham Rewards Status Match eligibility is non-transferable and cannot be gifted or redeemed by another person.
My Wyndham Rewards Status Match application did not go through. What should I do?

What if I am closer than 9 Qualifying Nights from PLATINUM?
If your current Qualifying Nights bring you to Platinum faster than 9 Qualifying Nights, then you will unlock Platinum with them and be on your way to Diamond.
For example, if you are a Gold member and already have 9 Rollover Nights and complete 6 Qualifying Nights between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021, you will unlock Platinum in accordance with the program rules (i.e., 9 Rollover Nights + 6 Qualifying Nights = Platinum) rather than the promotion ones.
What if I am closer than 24 Qualifying Nights from DIAMOND?
If your current Qualifying Nights bring you to Diamond faster than 24 Qualifying Nights, then you will unlock Diamond with them.
For example, if you are a Platinum member and already have 34 Rollover Nights and complete 6 Qualifying Nights between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021, you will unlock Diamond in accordance with the program rules (i.e., 34 Rollover Nights + 6 Qualifying Nights = Diamond) rather than the promotion ones.
When does the Member Level earned through this promotion expire?
Any Member Level earned in 2021 expires on December 31, 2022 unless you earn a subsequent Member Level in 2022.
What will be my Member Level after the Member Level I earn through this promotion expires?
Once any Member Level you earn through this promotion expires, your new Member Level will be determined by the number of Rollover Nights you have in your account at the time of expiration.
Will my Rollover Nights from 2020 count toward this accelerator promotion?
No, only your Qualifying Nights completed between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021 count toward the accelerator promotion.
Why don’t my Rollover Nights count toward this promotion?
The Member Levels accelerator promotion is meant to reward Members for Wyndham Rewards stays as countries continue to ease restrictions on travel which is why this promotion focuses on 2021 stays versus previous years’ stays. Earner Cardmembers
Who is an “Earner Cardmember”?
An “Earner Cardmember” is a Wyndham Rewards Member who is also a Wyndham Rewards® EarnerSM Card, Wyndham Rewards® EarnerSM Plus Card or Wyndham Rewards® EarnerSM Business Card account holder.
What Wyndham Rewards Member Level does an Earner Cardmember receive?
An Earner Cardmember will receive a Wyndham Rewards Member Level based on the type of credit card for which he/she was approved as follows:
- Wyndham Rewards Earner Card: Gold Level
- Wyndham Rewards Earner Plus Card: Platinum Level
- Wyndham Rewards Earner Business Card: Diamond Level
These levels will remain in place as long as the Earner Cardmember’s account is approved, open and in good standing and until December 31 of the calendar year in which the Earner Cardmember’s credit card account is terminated.
Any adjustment to a Member’s Member Level as a result of becoming an Earner Cardmember will be made approximately 24 to 48 hours after credit card account opening.
What is the Cardmember Rate?
The Cardmember Rate is an additional discount on the Member Rate. While Members receive a 5% or 10% discount off of the Best Available Rate at participating “Hotels by Wyndham” and Participating Destinations, Earner Cardmembers receive a 7% or 12% discount off of the Best Available Rate at such properties. The discount level varies by Hotel Chain and Participating Destination.
Only the Earner Cardmember who is the primary cardholder can receive the Cardmember Rate.
An Earner Cardmember should allow 24 to 48 hours after credit card account opening for the Cardmember Rate to become available.
What is the Earner Cardmember Redemption Discount?
The Earner Cardmember Redemption Discount is a ten percent (10%) discount on the number of Wyndham Rewards points required to obtain Go Free awards at Participating Properties and Redemption Only Destinations, subject to the Program Terms.
The Redemption Discount for Go Free awards can only be redeemed by the primary cardmember on the Earner Cardmember account. An Earner Cardmember should allow 24 to 48 hours after credit card account opening for the Redemption Discount to become available.

Can an Earner Cardmember book a Go Free award with the Redemption Discount online?
It depends on the type of property and amount of Wyndham Rewards points in the Earner Cardmember’s account.
An Earner Cardmember can redeem his/her points online for a Go Free award for a Participating Hotel, Participating Caesars Entertainment Property or Participating Destination so long as his or her Wyndham Rewards account balance meets or exceeds the amount of points needed for such award without the Redemption Discount (i.e., 7,500, 15,000 or 30,000 points, depending on the property’s redemption tier). The Earner Cardmember will still receive the Redemption Discount, but the transaction cannot be processed online unless he or she has enough points to obtain the award without the discount. Additionally, the Earner Cardmember must be logged into his/her Wyndham Rewards account to receive the Redemption Discount.
Earner Cardmembers who have enough points to obtain the award with the Redemption Discount, but not enough to obtain the award without it, can still use their Redemption Discount by booking the award by contacting Member Services via the applicable telephone number found here.
Earner Cardmembers cannot use the Redemption Discount to book Go Free awards at Redemption Only Destinations online, but can do so via the following telephone numbers:

Please note, the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App will display the number of points needed to obtain a Go Free award without the Redemption Discount; however, only the number of points required after application of the Redemption Discount will actually be withdrawn from an Earner Cardmember’s account.
