1. To qualify for 30% off Best Available Rate ( the “Fall Savings”) at a participating hotel, guests can: (i) searchwww.wyndhamhotels.com for rooms available at the Fall Savings rate at participating  Wyndham® or Wyndham Grand®  hotels on such desired dates; and (ii) during the period that begins on October 1, 2016 and ends on December 20, 2016 (the “Booking Period”), book the Fall Savings rate for three (3) or more consecutive nights (“ Minimum Stay”) at a participating hotel using the promotional code DISFALL1; and (iii) complete the stay as booked by  December 24, 2016.Reservation must be pre-paid with a valid credit card and is non-cancellable and non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or modification, guest will forfeit total room charge plus taxes for the entire reservation.  “Best Available Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the applicable brand site for the hotel, date and accommodations requested. Restrictions apply.  Offer availability limited to participating hotels. It is possible that the Fall Savings rate will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the Fall Savings rate may result in the guest’s ineligibility to receive the Fall Savings rate (i.e., 30% off a 3 or more night’s stay) and/or the Bonus, if applicable (i.e., 7,500 bonus points if booked by October 31, 2016). To receive the Bonus, you must be a Wyndham Rewards Member. The Bonus will be fulfilled by the individual properties. Members should allow six to eight weeks after completion of the stay for Bonus points to be credited to their account.  In the event that a Member does not receive the earned Bonus or there is a discrepancy with the Bonus awarded, please contact the property where Member stayed during the Fall Savings promotion. Members who have elected in their member profile to earn airline miles, rail points or other travel partner currency rather than Wyndham Rewards points and who book and stay using the Fall Savings will receive their base earning in airline miles, rail points or other applicable travel partner currency with the Bonus denominated in 7,500 Wyndham Rewards points. One stay includes all consecutive nights at the same hotel regardless of check-ins or check-outs.  The Fall Savings, the Bonus and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time.Tax is additional, and rates may not be combined with any other offer or discount. Rates do not include resort/service fees, taxes, incidentals or gratuities or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. 3. Stay must be booked by November 30, 2016, and completed by March 31, 2017. Rates are subject to availability. Offer may not be combined with other promotions or special offers. 5. 6. Rooms at this rate are limited and subject to availability. Blackout dates: 11/4, 11/5, 11/12-11/16, 12/2-12/5 and other restrictions may apply. Rate based on single/double occupancy. Taxes and gratuity not included. Cancelation policy: 24 hours prior to date of arrival. No refunds on unused features. Subject to hotel tax.
