Upon arrival, the front desk will verify your stay and that you are entitled to a premium experience. Your experience can then be reserved for you at any time during your stay by visiting the concierge. Please ensure to plan, at least 24 hours in advance of your desired date and time for your experience. Once your reservations are made, the concierge will direct you on when and where to arrive for your experience.
