Earn 3X Wyndham Rewards Bonus Points Offer Terms & Conditions for Pegasus BolBol members: EMEA region only

Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms(the “Program Terms”).

Pursuant to this Earn 3X Wyndham Rewards Bonus Points Offer for Pegasus BolBol members (the “Offer”) each Member who meets the requirements set forth in these Offer Terms will earn three times (3X) the Wyndham Rewards points for each Qualified Stay as further set out below. Those who are not yet Members may join the Program for free and then register for the Offer during the Registration Period (as defined below). To qualifty a Wyndham Rewards Member must:

(i)     be or become a Pegasus BolBol member; and

(ii)    register for the Offer by completing the registration process on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, during the period that begins on July 25, 2025 and runs through and includes August 25, 2025 (“Registration Period”); and then

(iii)   after registering for the Offer, no later than August 25, 2025, book one or more Qualified Stays each of at least three (3) consecutive nights at a Participating Hotel in EMEA Region (Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ethiopia, France Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Macedonia, Malta, Montenegro, Morocco, Nepal, Netherlands, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Tanzania, Türkiye, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Uzbekistan) on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), and complete such stay(s) by October 15, 2025.

For purposes of these Offer Terms, “Direct Booking Channel” means:

(a) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains;

(b) the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains;

(c) onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property; or

(d) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

For clarity, a Member will not qualify for the Offer or receive a Wyndham Rewards points bonus for a no-show.

Qualified Stays are subject to certain restrictions and do not include third party online bookings; see the Program Terms for more information about Qualified Stays. The points earnt as part of this Offer will usually be posted to an eligible Member’s Member account within six to eight weeks following the completion of the applicable stay. For clarity, any stay that (a) is booked or consumed (in whole or in part) prior to registration for this Offer, (b) begins before July 25, 2025 and/or (c) ends after October 15, 2025, will not meet the requirements or be counted towards this Offer. Stays at Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties, vacation club resorts and vacation rentals, are not eligible for this Offer. Free Nights and Discounted Nights with Points + Cash are also not eligible for this Offer. Members who have elected to earn airline miles in their Member profile will earn base miles in accordance with the Program Terms and the Offer will only apply to the Wyndham Rewards points. Such Bonus will be in an amount equal to 3X the number of base miles (or other applicable Travel Partner Currency).

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Program Terms, Members who have any questions as to (i) their qualifications for participating in this Offer, (ii) whether their participation meets the standards for earning points or rewards for this Offer, or (iii) the actual amount of points or rewards received, must raise such questions by or on November 30, 2025 (the “Objection Deadline”). Wyndham Rewards, Inc. will only review, and, if applicable, adjust the Member’s aforementioned qualifications, points information, etc., prior to or on the Objection Deadline. After the Objection Deadline has passed, Members shall bear full responsibility for any losses caused by failing to raise objections by the Objection Deadline and Wyndham Rewards, Inc. shall have no liability to the Members in connection with this Offer.

For the avoidance of doubt, Wyndham Rewards^® Business accounts are not eligible for this Offer.

Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify this Offer without notice. Except as specifically modified herein, this Offer is subject to full Program Terms in addition to these Offer Terms, and does not apply to properties outside of the EMEA Region (countries mentioned above) and where prohibited.
