Capitalized terms used without definition in these promotion terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). Wyndham Rewards Members who qualify for an upgrade to their Member Level pursuant to these Offer Terms will receive an upgrade to the Subsequent Member Level through December 31, 2025 (a “Member Level Upgrade”). To qualify for a Member Level, Upgrade a Blue Level, Gold Level or Platinum Level Wyndham Rewards Member in good standing must, during the period that begins on 12:01 am ET on November 12, 2025 and runs through and includes December 30, 2025 at 11:59 pm ET, register (i) via the click through process in a Member Level Upgrade offer email, (ii) by calling Member Services at the applicable number found here, (iii) on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of any participating Hotel Chain, (iv) through the “My Promotions” section of their Wyndham Rewards Member account on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, or (v) through the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

A Member Level Upgrade will be made effective within 24-48 hours after confirmation by Wyndham Rewards of Member's upgrade eligibility; Member will receive confirmation of such upgrade by email sent to the email address stored in their Member account. Maximum of one (1) Member Level Upgrade per eligible Member. The Member Level awarded pursuant to these Offer Terms and all benefits applicable to each Member Level Upgrade will expire on December 31, 2025.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, Accelerated Earning Points for a qualifying stay that begins while a Member Level Upgrade is in effect and ends after it has expired will be calculated at the accelerator rate applicable to the Member Level in effect at check-out (as such rates are expressed in Section II(B)(6)  of the Program Terms).

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Member Level Upgrade provided to eligible Members hereunder does not include any gifted Rollover Nights. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Member Level Upgrade provided to eligible Members hereunder does not include any gifted Rollover Nights and provides no boost toward Subsequent Levels; procurement of Subsequent Levels beyond any Member Level Upgrade obtained pursuant to this offer is governed solely by the Program Terms.

A Member Level Upgrade obtained pursuant to these Offer Terms may not be used to status match into the Caesars Rewards program.

Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify these Offer Terms without notice. A Member’s upgraded Member Level awarded pursuant to these Offer Terms cannot be transferred, purchased or sold. Except as specifically modified by these Offer Terms, a Member’s Member Level status and the benefits applicable to each Member Level are subject to full Member Level terms and conditions within the Program Terms. This Member Level Upgrade offer is void where prohibited.

**Diamond 5X Wyndham Rewards Bonus Points Terms & Conditions

Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for this Wyndham Rewards Diamond Level Member bonus points offer (“Diamond Level Offer”), a Wyndham Rewards Diamond Level Member must:

(a)    receive an email invitation from Wyndham Rewards specific to the Diamond Level Offer and/or receive the Diamond Level Offer in the “My Promotions” section of their Wyndham Rewards Member account (each, an “Invitation”); then

(b)    complete the registration process for the Diamond Level Offer (i) via the click through process set forth in the Invitation, (ii) by calling Member Services at the applicable number found here, (iii) on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of any participating Hotel Chain, (iv) through the “My Promotions” section of their Wyndham Rewards Member account on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, or (v) through the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App, in each case, during the period that begins on November 12, 2025 and runs through and includes December 30, 2025 (any Member who registers in accordance with the foregoing requirements will occassionally be referred to in these Offer Terms as a “Registered Member”); then

(c)     after registering but no later than December 30, 2025, book one or more Qualified Stays at a Participating Hotel on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), and complete such stay(s) by December 31, 2025 (the requirements set forth in this clause (c), collectively, the “Booking & Stay Requirements”).

For purposes of these Offer Terms, “Direct Booking Channel” means:

(i)      www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains;

(ii)    the official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains;

(iii)   onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property; or

(iv)   the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

Except as otherwise set forth below with respect to Members who have elected to earn Travel Partner Currency rather than Wyndham Rewards points (“Miles Earners”), a Registered Member who books and completes one or more Qualified Stays in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements, will receive 5X the amount of Base Points for each such stay that such Member would have earned for such stay(s), absent this Diamond Level Offer, pursuant to the Program Terms (the additional points earned by a Registered Member pursuant to these Offer Terms, “Diamond Offer Bonus Points”). For example, a Qualified Stay that is booked and completed by a Registered Member in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements that would, under the Program Terms, earn 2,000 Base Points would, pursuant to this Offer, earn a total of 10,000 points (5 X 2000 = 10,000, with 2,000 of such points denominated as Base Points, and the remainig 8,000 points denominated as the Diamond Offer Bonus Points).

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, a Member can earn a maximum of sixty thousand (60,000) Diamond Offer Bonus Points. For clarity, a Member will not receive Diamond Offer Bonus Points for a no-show. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, Offer not valid at Super 8 by Wyndham hotels in Mainland China.

Qualified Stays are subject to certain restrictions and do not include third party online bookings; see the Program Terms for more information about Qualified Stays. Diamond Offer Bonus Points will usually be posted to an eligible Member’s Member account within six to eight weeks following the completion of the applicable stay. For clarity, any stay that (a) is booked or consumed (in whole or in part) prior to registration for this Diamond Level Offer, (b) begins before November 12, 2025 and/or (c) ends after December 31, 2025, will not be counted towards this Diamond Level Offer. Stays at Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties, vacation club resorts and vacation rentals and Free Nights and Discounted Nights with Points + Cash are not eligible for this Diamond Level Offer. Members who have elected to earn airline miles in their Member profile will earn base miles in accordance with the Program Terms and the Diamond Offer Bonus Points in the form of Wyndham Rewards points. Such Diamond Offer Bonus Points will be in an amount equal to 4X the number of base miles (or other applicable Travel Partner Currency).

For the avoidance of doubt, Wyndham Rewards^® Business accounts and Members who receive Diamond Level through the (i) Wyndham Rewards Holiday Upgrade Offer or (ii) the Wyndham Rewards Status Match Program are not eligible for this Diamond Level Offer.
