Let’s Celebrate - Earn 5X Wyndham Rewards bonus points:

Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for this “Let’s Celebrate” offer (“Offer”), a Wyndham Rewards Member residing in the United States, Canada, Latin America or the Caribbean must book the Let’s Celebrate rate for at least two (2) consecutive nights at any Wyndham Alltra hotel on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below) between December 15, 2022 and March 1, 2023, and complete such stay by December 18, 2023 (the requirements set forth in this clause (ii), collectively, the “Booking & Stay Requirements”).

For purposes of these Offer Terms, “Direct Booking Channel” means:

(a) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains;

(b) the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains;

(c) onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property; or

(d) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

A Registered Member who books and completes one (1) stay of two (2) or more consecutive nights in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements, will receive:

(a) 5X Base Points (i.e., 5X the number of Base Points such Member would have earned for such stay, absent this Offer, pursuant to the Program Terms). The additional points earned by a Registered Member pursuant to these Offer Terms will hereinafter be referred to as a “Bonus”. For example, a stay of two (2) consecutive nights that is booked and completed by a Registered Member in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements that would, under the Program Terms, earn 2,000 Base Points would, pursuant to this Offer, earn a total of 10,000 points (5 X 2,000 = 10,000, with 2,000 of such points denominated as Base Points, and the remainig 8,000 points denominated as the Bonus). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, (i) there is a limit of one (1) Bonus per Registered Member, regardless of how many stays such Member books and completes in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements. For clarity, a Member will not receive a Bonus for a no-show. The Bonus will usually be posted to an eligible Member’s Member account within two to four weeks following the completion of the applicable stay. Members who have elected to earn airline miles/partner points in their Member profile will earn base miles/partner points in accordance with the Program Terms and the Bonus in the form of Wyndham Rewards points; and

(b) a US$100 (or local currency amount then equivalent to US$100) credit (the “Credit”) toward certain food/beverages and amenity purchases during such stay, as determined by the applicable participating Wyndham Alltra hotel ( “Eligible Purchases”). Eligible Purchases vary by participating Wyndham Alltra hotel and are determined solely in the discretion of such hotel. Eligible Purchases exclude any room product or room upgrades. Check with your hotel directly for details.The Credit, which will be reflected on the folio at check-out, cannot be applied to anything other than the hotel’s Eligible Purchases. To the extent a Member’s Eligible Purchase(s) made during his/her/their stay exceed the Credit, such Member will be responsible for the overage; to the extent a Member’s Eligible Purchase(s) made during his/her/their stay fall short of the Credit in total, such Member will forfeit the balance. Offer not valid with groups, conventions, other promotional offers, tour packages or special rate programs. The Credit is not combinable with any other promotions. The Credit does not hold any cash value, and is non-refundable and non-transferable. The Credit is valid if paying with credit card only, not with cash, and must be redeemed at the time of reservation or service,

U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be automatically enrolled in the Wyndham Rewards Program upon completion of reservation; to void enrollment, call Wyndham Rewards member services at 1-866-996-7937. Non-U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be provided an option to enroll in the Wyndham Rewards Program at time of reservation.

For clarity, any stay that (a) is booked or consumed (in whole or in part) prior to December 15, 2022 and/or (b) ends after December 18, 2023, will not be counted towards this Offer.

New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

A reservation made in connection with this Offer must be cancelled in accordance with the terms and conditions of the reserved rate and individual hotel’s cancellation policy; reservations cancelled outside of the specified cancellation policy, as well as no-shows, will be charged first night plus tax.

Blackout dates, room type exclusions and other restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to participating Wyndham Allltra hotels. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation originally made by a guest in accordance with these Offer Terms may result in an ineligibility to claim a Credit and/or receive the Bonus. Without limiting the foregoing, any stay reservation that is later modified such that it no longer meets the 2 night minimum will not be eligible for a Bonus or a Credit.

Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify this Offer without notice. Except as specifically modified herein, this Offer is subject to full Program Terms in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void where prohibited.
