What do “different brand” and “new brand” mean?

For purposes of this offer, these terms mean a participating Hotel by Wyndham that is operated under a different brand name than each of: (a) the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts hotel where you last stayed, and (b) the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts hotel where you last stayed prior to July 10, 2023.  See full offer terms and conditions below for complete details.

Brand Challenge Offer – Earn up to 10,000 Wyndham Rewards Bonus Points Terms & Conditions: 

Capitalized terms used without definition in these promotion terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for this offer of earn up to 10,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points (“Brand Challenge Offer”), you must:

(i)    be a Wyndham Rewards Member and resident of the United States or Canada;

(ii)   receive an email invitation from Wyndham Rewards specific to the Brand Challenge Offer (the “Invitation”);

(iii)  register for the Brand Challenge Offer by clicking on the link in the Invitation and completing the registration process between July 10, 2023 and October 11, 2023 (any Member who registers in accordance with the foregoing requirements will occassionally be referred to in these Offer Terms as a “Registered Member”); then

(iiii)  after registering but no later than October 11, 2023, book a Qualified Stay, Go Free award night or Go Fast award night at a Qualifying Hotel on any Direct Booking Channel (each as defined below), and complete such stay by October 12, 2023 (the requirements set forth in this clause (iii), collectively, the “Booking & Stay Requirements”).

For purposes of these Promotion Terms,

“Direct Booking Channel” means:

(a) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains;

(b) the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains;

(c) onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property; or

(d) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App; and

“Qualifying Hotel” means, in respect of each eligible Member, any Hotel by Wyndham that (i) participates in the Wyndham Rewards Program (a “Wyndham Rewards Hotel”); and (ii) is operated under a different brand name than the brand name of each of (a) the Wyndham Rewards Hotel where such Member last completed a stay prior to July 10, 2023; and (b) the Wyndham Rewards Hotel where such Member last stayed. For example (and without limiting the foregoing), a Qualifying Hotel for a Member whose last stay at a Wyndham Rewards Hotel was at a Super 8 by Wyndham hotel would be any Wyndham Rewards Hotel other than those operating under the Super 8 by Wyndham brand name. For clarity, Qualified Stays, Go Free award nights and Go Fast award nights at Participating Destinations and Participating Caesars Rewards Properties are not eligible for this promotion.

A Registered Member who books and completes a Qualified Stay, Go Free award night or Go Fast award night in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements will receive five thousand (5,000) Wyndham Rewards bonus points for such stay (for up to two (2) stays, maximum) (the additional points earned by a Registered Member pursuant to these Promotion Terms, a “Bonus”). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Promotion Terms, a Member cannot earn more than two (2) Bonuses, or 10,000 Wyndham Rewards Bonus points in total pursuant to this Brand Challenge Offer. For clarity, a Member will not receive a Bonus for a no-show. Qualified Stays are subject to certain restrictions and do not include third party online bookings; see the Program Terms for more information about Qualified Stays. The Bonus will usually be posted to an eligible Member’s Member account within six to eight weeks following the completion of the applicable stay. For clarity, any stay that (a) is booked or consumed (in whole or in part) prior to registration for this Brand Challenge Offer, (b) begins before July 10, 2023 and/or (c) ends after October 12, 2023, will not be counted towards this Brand Challenge Offer. Members who have elected to earn airline miles in their Member profile will earn base miles in accordance with the Program Terms and the Bonus in the form of Wyndham Rewards points.

Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify this Promotion Offer without notice. Except as specifically modified herein, this Brand Challenge Offer is subject to full Program Terms in addition to these Promotion Terms, and is void where prohibited.

 

More Information About Using Points for Free Nights:

Go Free awards at participating hotels require 7,500 - 30,000 points & apply to standard rooms; at participating vacation club resorts and vacation rentals, 15,000 - 30,000 points per bedroom are required. Award is subject to availability & Member must have enough points for all bedrooms in desired accommodation to book. Resort fees may apply (even for award nights); points can’t be used to pay them.  Cancellation policies vary by property.
