1. How to Book/Earn: As more particularly set forth below in this Section II(J), Wyndham Rewards Members can earn Wyndham Rewards points for Wyndham Travel Bundle (as defined below) by (i) logging into their Wyndham Rewards Member account at here, and booking and paying for a Wyndham Travel Bundles pursuant to this Section II(J) and the Wyndham Travel Bundles terms and conditions found here (the “WTB Terms & Conditions”). For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Wyndham Travel Bundle” means any one or any combination of the following booked here (the “WTB Site”): 

    (i) paid stay at a Participating Hotel + flight;
    (ii) Free Night(s) at a Participating Hotel or Participating Caesars Rewards Property + flight;
    (iii) flight;
    (iv) car rental;
    (v) transfer (ground transportation from airport to hotel or hotel to airport); and
    (vi) activity/ies; and
    (vii) cruise + flight and/or hotel (each a “Travel Component” and, collectively “Travel Components”).

2. Without limiting the foregoing, the following are not Travel Components, and cannot be booked as part of a Wyndham Travel Bundle: paid stays at Participating Caesars Rewards Properties and Participating Destinations, and Free Nights at Participating Destinations, Vacasa Vacation Rentals and Redemption Cottages. For the avoidance of doubt, to earn points for a paid stay portion of a Wyndham Travel Bundle, such stay must be booked in combination with a flight, and to earn points for a cruise portion of a Wyndham Travel Bundle, such cruise must be booked in combination with a flight and/or hotel. (Without limiting any term of these Terms and Conditions, Free Nights, even when booked as part of a Wyndham Travel Bundle, do not earn Wyndham Rewards points.) Wyndham Travel Bundles that consist of a hotel stay and flight and Wyndham Travel Bundles that consist of a cruise and flight and/or hotel can also include additional Travel Components, and all other Travel Components (i.e., car rental, transfer and activity/activities) can be booked individually or in combination with other Travel Components.

3. Cancellation:

    a. Cancellation of Paid Stays combined with Flights: While paid stays and flights must be paid in full at the time of booking, individuals can cancel both Travel Components for a full refund within 24 hours of booking (the “Cancellation Period”) through the WTB Site by visiting here. For clarity, if an individual wishes to cancel a flight or paid stay booked together as part of a Wyndham Travel Bundle, they must cancel both Travel Components.  After the Cancellation Period, the paid stay and flight components of a Wyndham Travel Bundle become non-cancelable and non-refundable.     b. Cancellation of Free Night(s) combined with Flights: While flights must be paid in full and point redemption for the Free Night(s) must occur at the time of booking, individuals can cancel both Travel Components within 24 hours of booking (the “Cancellation Period”) through the WTB Site by visiting here. Free Nights booked as part of a Wyndham Travel Bundle are otherwise subject to all terms and conditions set forth in Section III(C-1) of these Terms & Conditions. For clarity, if an individual wishes to cancel a flight or Free Night booked together as part of a Wyndham Travel Bundle, they must cancel both Travel Components.     c. Cancellation of car rentals, transfers and activities: These Travel Components may be entirely noncancelable. Individuals should review the cancellation policies associated with such Travel Components; they will remain responsible for all amounts payable for Travel Components cancelled outside of their respective cancellation policies. For additional details, see the WTB Terms & Conditions.

    d. Cancellation of cruises: Cruise cancellation policies vary by cruise, and in some cases, a cruise may be entirely noncancelable. Individuals should review the cancellation policy associated with their chosen cruise; they will remain responsible for all amounts payable for cruises cancelled outside of their respective cancellation policies. 4. Travel Partner Currency: Members who have chosen to earn Travel Partner Currency instead of Wyndham Rewards points in their Member account will earn Travel Partner Currency for any paid stays that are booked as part of their Wyndham Vacation Bundle, in accordance with Section II(B) of these Terms & Conditions, and Wyndham Rewards points for all other Travel Components that are booked as part of their Wyndham Vacation Bundle in accordance with Section II(J)(5) below.

5. How to Earn: Wyndham Rewards Members who book and pay for a Wyndham Travel Bundle in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the WTB Terms & Conditions are eligible to receive Wyndham Rewards points as follows.

*ECHO Suites^SM Extended Stay by Wyndham hotels are not Participating Hotels. This means that although Members can book paid stays at ECHO Suites^SM Extended Stay by Wyndham hotels as part of a Wyndham Travel Bundle, they will not earn Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency for such stay.

**Earning ratios of car rentals booked as part of a Wyndham Travel Bundle vary from the earning ratios that apply when booked apart from a Wyndham Travel Bundle. See Section II(C) of these Terms and Conditions for the earning ratios applicable to the booking of car rentals apart from Wyndham Travel Bundles. Depending on the details of a Member’s reservation, such Member may earn more Wyndham Rewards points by booking car rentals via https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/earn/more (i.e., apart from Wyndham Travel Bundles) than by booking them as part of Wyndham Travel Bundles. Members are encouraged to review both booking options before choosing their booking method.

Members have the opportunity to apply for and open a Wyndham Rewards Debit Card. The Wyndham Rewards Debit Card offer is subject to approval. Not everyone will qualify for the Wyndham Rewards Debit Card and its benefits. Please review the materials provided with the Account Agreement you will receive when opening your account for more information about the terms that will apply. Earning Points: Wyndham Rewards Debit Card Cardholders have the opportunity to earn Wyndham Rewards points through certain uses of the debit card. Please click here for more information on which transactions qualify for points earning.

Additionally, Wyndham Rewards Debit Card Cardholders will receive Wyndham Rewards Gold Level (as defined in Section IV.A.1. below). Subject to all Terms and Conditions, debit cardholders will continue as a Wyndham Rewards Gold Level Member as long as their Wyndham Rewards Debit Card account is approved, open and in good standing. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after account opening for this update to be made to your Wyndham Rewards Member Level. See Section IV below for full Member Level terms and conditions, including the perks available to each Member Level.

Wyndham Rewards Debit Card accounts can only be linked to one (1) Wyndham Rewards Member number, and there is a limit of one (1) Member number per person. Multiple Wyndham Rewards Debit Card accounts in different names cannot earn against one (1) Member number; each account must be assigned to its own Member number. Only authorized users on the same Wyndham Rewards Debit Card account can earn points toward one (1) Member number.
