1Upgrade Offer Terms & Conditions:
Capitalized terms used without definition in these promotion terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). Wyndham Rewards Members who qualify for a Member Level upgrade pursuant to these Offer Terms will receive an upgrade to Platinum Level (“Upgrade Offer”). To qualify for this Upgrade Offer and receive an upgrade to Platinum Level, a Wyndham Rewards Member must: (i) receive an email invitation from a Wyndham Hotels & Resorts global sales representative specific to this Upgrade Offer (an “Upgrade Offer Invitation”); (ii) register for the Upgrade Offer by clicking on the link in the Upgrade Offer Invitation and completing the registration process; (iii) book a Qualified Stay using their Wyndham Hotels & Resorts corporate ID number between April 27, 2023 and August 31 in accordance with directions found at such link; and then (iv) complete such stay by September 1, 2023. Member will receive confirmation of such upgrade by email sent to the email address stored in his/her/their Member account.
Maximum of one (1) upgrade to Platinum Level per eligible Member. Individuals who receive an Invitation but are not yet members of the Wyndham Rewards program (“Nonmember Invitees”) will be required to join for free during the registration process in order to complete Upgrade Offer registration.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT UPGRADE EXPIRATION: A Platinum Level upgrade awarded pursuant to this Upgrade Offer will expire on the earlier to occur of: (i) the date on which the applicable Member completes enough Qualifying Nights to obtain Platinum Level under the Program Terms (at which time, such Member’s Qualifying Nights and Rollover Nights (if any) will be removed from their account, and such Member will be deemed to have reobtained the applicable Member Level under the Program Terms); and (ii) December 31, 2023. For example, on May 10, 2023 a Gold Level Member who has 13 Rollover Nights and receives an upgrade to Platinum Level pursuant to this Upgrade Offer will be deemed to have reobtained Platinum Level under the Program Terms upon their subsequent completion of two (2) Qualifying Nights prior to January 1, 2024. Upon completion of the second Qualifying Night prior to January 1, 2024, both of the Member’s post-upgrade Qualifying Nights and all thirteen (13) of the Member’s Rollover Nights will be removed from the Member’s account, and such Member’s newly obtained Platinum Level will be scheduled to expire on December 31 of the calendar year following the calendar year in which the second Qualifying Night was completed.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED IN THESE OFFER TERMS AND/OR ANY ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION OF THIS UPGRADE OFFER, THIS UPGRADE OFFER WILL NOT APPLY IN CASES WHERE A MEMBER OTHERWISE QUALIFIES FOR PLATINUM LEVEL PURSUANT TO THE PROGRAM TERMS PRIOR TO CLAIMING AN UPGRADE HEREUNDER.
Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify the Upgrade Offer without notice. A Member’s Platinum Member Level earned pursuant to this Upgrade Offer cannot be transferred, purchased or sold. Except as specifically modified by these Offer Terms, a Member’s Member Level status and the benefits applicable to each Member Level are subject to full Member Level terms and conditions within the Program Terms. This Upgrade Offer is void where prohibited.
2Best Available Rate Terms & Conditions:
Travel Arrangers (as defined below) of a small to mid-size businesses can submit an application through the corporate account inquiry form (an “Application”) of Wyndham Hotels & Updated March 2021 Restricted - External Resorts, Inc. (“WHR”) to determine if such business qualifies for a volume-based discount of up to fifteen percent (15%) off of our Best Available Rate (the “Discount”). Discount ranges from 8% to 15%. New accounts only. A “Travel Arranger” means any individual who is a representative of the small to mid-size business for which he/she submits an Application. Once received by WHR, a member of the team will review the Application, contact the Travel Arranger by telephone or email with additional eligibility questions, as necessary, and, within fourteen (14) days, send the Travel Arranger an email (the “Determination Email”) indicating whether or not the Application is approved. If approved, the Determination Email will include (i) a corporate ID (the “Corporate ID”), and (ii) the percentage of the Discount offered by such Corporate ID.
The Discount applies only to bookings made by the Travel Arranger and/or travelers within the Travel Arranger’s organization for Qualified Stays at Participating Hotels by providing the Corporate ID (i) on www.wyndhamhotels.com, (ii) via telephone at 866-375-8080 or (iii) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts app.
The Discount is on a Participating Hotel’s Best Available Rate excluding taxes, resorts/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. Best Available Rate means best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the internet for the hotel with equivalent terms, date and accommodations requested.
