Members Only Sale - Terms & Conditions 

This “Member Only Sale” is available only to Wyndham Rewards members at participating  Days Inn® by Wyndham, Dolce Hotels & Resorts® by Wyndham, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham®, Howard Johnson® by Wyndham, La Quinta® by Wyndham, Ramada® by Wyndham, Ramada® Encore by Wyndham, Super 8® by Wyndham, TRYP by Wyndham®, Trademark® by Wyndham, Wyndham Garden®, Wyndham Grand®, Vienna House® by Wyndham, Registry Collection Hotels® and Wyndham®  located in participating countries in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa (each, a “Participating Hotel”). Eligible reservations must be made between 0900 BST on 13 October 2026 and 23.59 BST on 27 October 2026, through a Direct Booking Channel (the “Booking Period”) for stays commencing on or after 13 October 2026 and completed, including checkout, by 30 June 2027 (the “Stay Period”). Participating Hotels will be identified as participating in the Member Only Sale during the booking process.

Subject to these terms and conditions, an eligible stay at a Participating Hotel will receive the discount described below against the Standard Rate.

- Up to 20% off the Standard Rate. The actual discount offered may vary by Participating Hotel, stay dates, room type, and availability and will be displayed during the booking process.

- Eligible Wyndham Rewards members who have opted in to receive email communications and who receive an email featuring the Member Only Sale on or around 13 October 2026 may receive an additional discount, increasing their total discount to up to 25% off the Standard Rate by booking through the link in that email. The email offer is personal to the intended recipient, is non-transferable and may not be reproduced or shared. The discount displayed during the booking process will apply.

A “Direct Booking Channel” means https://www.wyndhamhotels.com, https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, an official website of any of the listed hotel brands, the official Wyndham Rewards reservations number listed at Contact Us | Wyndham Rewards, direct booking with a Participating Hotel, or the official Wyndham Hotels & Resorts app. The additional discount is available only through the booking link in the Member Only Sale email and not through any other Direct Booking Channel.

The Member Only Sale applies only to new individual reservations made during the Booking Period and does not apply to existing reservations or group bookings. Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. The “Standard Rate” is the best unrestricted publicly available rate on wyndhamhotels.com for the same Participating Hotel, room type, occupancy, stay dates and booking conditions at the time the reservation is made. Blackout dates, room type exclusions and other restrictions may apply and may vary by Participating Hotel. Inventory allocated to the Member Only Sale is limited and may be unavailable even if other rooms or rates remain available. The Member Only Sale may not be combined with any other discount, offer or promotion unless expressly stated otherwise. Taxes and mandatory fees or charges may be additional unless included in the displayed rate and will be disclosed during the booking process as required by applicable law. Other charges, including resort or service fees, incidentals and gratuities, may apply. Guarantee, payment, amendment and cancellation policies vary by Participating Hotel and rate and will be disclosed during the booking process. If an eligible reservation is amended, cancelled or rebooked, continued eligibility for the Member Only Sale and the applicable rate will be determined at the time of the change and remains subject to availability.
