¹Spring Broadscale: Earn Up to 4 Free Nights Terms & Conditions

Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”).  Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, Offer not valid at hotels in China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).

For purposes of these Offer Terms, “Direct Booking Channel” means:

(i)      www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains;

(ii)    the official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains;

(iii)  onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property; or

(iv)  the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

To qualify for this Wyndham Rewards bonus points offer (“Offer”), a Wyndham Rewards Member must:

(a) first register for the Offer by completing the registration process on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of any participating Hotel Chain, or through the “My Promotions” section of their Wyndham Rewards Member account on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards or the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App, in each case, during the period that begins on March 4, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM Central Standard Time and ends at 11:59:59 PM Central Daylight Time on May 9, 2026 (any Member who registers in accordance with the foregoing requirements will occasionally be referred to in these Offer Terms as a “Registered Member”); then

(b) after registering but no later than 11:59:59 PM Central Daylight Time on May 9, 2026, book either:

(i) one (1) Qualified Stay of at least two (2) consecutive nights; or

(ii) two (2) Qualified Stays of one (1) night each

in each case, on any Direct Booking Channel, and

(iii) complete such stay(s) no later than June 30, 2026.

Any one (1) or two (2) stays that meet all requirements set forth in this clause (b) will be referred to in these Offer Terms as a “Qualified Booking”.  Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, there is a maximum of four (4) Qualified Bookings per Registered Member.

As more particularly described below, a Registered Member will earn 7,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points (a “Regular Bonus”) for each Qualified Booking completed in accordance with these Offer Terms, up to (for clarity) a maximum of four (4) Regular Bonuses per Registered Member.

Registered Members who are also primary Wyndham Rewards Visa® Cardmembers (each, a “Credit Card Member”), primary Wyndham Rewards Debit Card cardholders (each, a “Debit Card Member”) and/or Wyndham Rewards Insider members (each, an “Insider Member”) can earn additional 7500 bonus point awards (each, an “Additional Bonus”) as set forth below.

ADDITIONAL BONUSES:

Card Bonuses:

· Credit Card Bonus (7,500 points): A Registered Member who is also a Credit Card Member will earn one (1) additional 7,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points by using their Wyndham Rewards Visa® Card to pay for their Qualified Booking and completing such booking in accordance with these Offer Terms (a “Credit Card Bonus”).

· Debit Card Bonus (7,500 points): A Registered Member who is also a Debit Card Member will earn one (1) additional 7,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points when they complete a Qualified Booking in accordance with these Offer Terms (a “Debit Card Bonus”).

Insider Bonus (7,500 points):

A Registered Member who is also an Insider Member [KB1] will earn one (1) additional 7,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points when they complete a Qualified Booking in accordance with these Offer Terms (an “Insider Bonus”).

BONUS LIMITS:

For clarity and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, the following limits apply to bonus earnings under this Offer:

a. There is a maximum of four (4) Regular Bonuses per Registered Member;

b.  There is a maximum of one (1) Credit Card Bonus per Registered Member (even if Member completes more than one (1) Qualified Booking;

c.  There is a maximum of one (1) Debit Card Bonus per Registered Member (even if Member completes more than one (1) Qualified Booking);

d. There is a maximum of one (1) Insider Bonus per Registered Member (even if Member completes more than one (1) Qualified Booking);

e. A Registered Member who is both a Debit Card Member and an Insider Member cannot earn both a Debit Card Bonus and an Insider Bonus (i.e., a Registered Member who falls into both categories and completes a Qualified Booking in accordance with these Offer Terms will earn only one (1) Additional Bonus, not two (2));

f.  A Registered Member who is both a Credit Card Holder and a Debit Card Holder can earn only one (1) Card Bonus (i.e., a Registered Member who falls into both categories, pays for their Qualified Booking with their Wyndham Rewards Visa® Card and completes it in accordance with these Offer Terms will earn only one (1) of the Card Bonuses, not two (2)).

Accordingly:

1. each Registered Member who is not a Credit Card Member, Debit Card Member or Insider Member can earn a maximum of 30,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points;

2. each Registered Member who is a Debit Card Member can earn a maximum of 37,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points;

3. each Registered Member who is a Credit Card Member (but not an Insider Member) can earn a maximum of 37,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points;

4. each Registered Member who is an Insider Member (but not a Credit Card Member) can earn a maximum of 37,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points; and

5. each Registered Member who is both an Insider Member and a Credit Card Member can earn a maximum of 45,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the following conditions apply to receipt of Additional Bonuses:

· to receive an Insider Bonus, Registered Member must be an Insider Member at time of Qualified Booking completion;

· to receive a Credit Card Bonus, Registered Member must be a Credit Card Member at time of Qualified Booking completion; and

·  to receive a Debit Card Bonus, Registered Member must be a Debit Card Member at time of Qualified Booking completion.

Qualified Stays are subject to certain restrictions and do not include third party online bookings or free or discounted nights obtained with points; see the Program Terms for more information about Qualified Stays. A Regular Bonus will usually be posted to the applicable Member account within two to four weeks following the completion of the applicable stay, a Card Bonus will usually be posted to the applicable Member account within six to eight weeks following the completion of the applicable stay, and an Insider Bonus will usually be posted to the applicable Member account within two to four weeks following the completion of the applicable stay.

For clarity, any stay that (a) is booked or consumed (in whole or in part) prior to registration for this Offer, (b) begins before March 4, 2026 and/or (c) ends after June 30, 2026, will not be counted towards this Offer. Members who have elected to earn airline miles in their Member profile will earn base miles in accordance with the Program Terms and any bonus points awardable pursuant to this Offer in the form of points.

For the avoidance of doubt, Wyndham Rewards® Business accounts are not eligible for this Offer.

Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify this Offer without notice. Except as specifically modified herein, this Offer is subject to full Program Terms in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void where prohibited.

Participating properties only. Free Nights require 7,500–30,000 points per bedroom. Discounted Nights with Points + Cash require 750–6,000 points per bedroom—plus, a cash payment (amount varies based on booking). You must have enough points for all bedrooms in desired accommodation to book with points. Free Nights & Discounted Nights with Points + Cash at hotels are for standard rooms. Per night resort fees payable at Caesars Entertainment properties; points can’t be used to pay them. Cancellation policies vary by property. Subject to availability; blackout dates/rates, minimum length of stay requirements & other restrictions. ³WR Experiences Flash Bid Terms

Must be a Wyndham Rewards Member in good standing to bid or redeem an experience in the Wyndham Rewards Experiences program. Residents of Quebec not eligible.  Wyndham Rewards experiences are limited & only available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Tickets and access passes will be delivered to the email address linked to the Wyndham Rewards member’s account and once delivered, Wyndham Rewards, Inc. (“Wyndham”) has no further obligation.  Wyndham Rewards experiences provided by or in partnership with third parties are subject to terms and conditions (such as, without limitation, age restrictions and venue rules) established by such third parties. ALL EXPERIENCES ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO SUCH EXPERIENCES. 

All bids and redemptions are final.  No returns, exchanges, refunds or substitutions can be made.

A Wyndham Rewards experience obtained via the Wyndham Rewards Experiences website (“Website”) may not, in whole or in part, be transferred, sold, assigned, re-marketed or otherwise disposed.

Wyndham not responsible if an auction cannot take place or if the performance of any service or obligation of Wyndham or any service provider making an item or experience available through the Wyndham Rewards Experiences program is prevented, delayed, restricted or interfered with by events or causes beyond their control.  Wyndham specifically disclaims any liability (whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise) for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, losses, or expenses,  arising out of or in any way connected with  any use of the Website, the Wyndham Rewards Experiences program, or any auction or redemption item or experience, or the inability to use the Website, participate in the Wyndham Rewards Experiences program, or claim any auction or redemption item or experience.
