Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for this Wyndham Rewards bonus points offer (“Offer”), a Wyndham Rewards Member must:

(a) first register for the Offer by completing the registration process on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of any participating Hotel Chain, or through the “My Promotions” section of their Wyndham Rewards Member account on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards or the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App, in each case, during the period that begins on June 2, 2026 and runs though and includes September 3, 2026 (any Member who registers in accordance with the foregoing requirements will occasionally be referred to in these Offer Terms as a “Registered Member”); then

(b) after registering but no later than September 3, 2026, book a Qualified Stay that meets the applicable length of stay minimum described below at a Participating Hotel on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), and complete such stay by September 30, 2026 (the requirements set forth in this clause (b), collectively, a “Qualified Booking”).

For purposes of these Offer Terms, “Direct Booking Channel” means:

(i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains;

(ii) the official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains;

(iii) onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property; or

(iv) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, Offer not valid at hotels in China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).

Subject to all Offer Terms, including, without limitation, those relating to the bonus point award maximums described below:

  ·  stays of two (2) consecutive nights receive 7,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points;

  ·  stays of three (3) consecutive nights receive 12,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points; and

  ·  stays of four (4) or more consecutive nights receive 15,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points.

Each of the bonus point awards described above (as the same may be reduced to comply with the maximums described below) will occasionally be referred to hereinafter as a “Promotion Bonus”.

Registered Members who are also primary Wyndham Rewards Visa® Cardmembers (each, a “Credit Card Member”), primary Wyndham Rewards Debit Card cardholders (each, a “Debit Card Member”) and/or Wyndham Rewards Insider members (each, an “Insider Member”) can earn additional 7,500 bonus point awards (each, an “Additional Bonus”) as set forth below.

ADDITIONAL BONUSES:

Card Bonuses:

·  Credit Card Bonus (7,500 points):

A Registered Member who is also a Credit Card Member will earn one (1) additional 7,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points by using their Wyndham Rewards Visa® Card to pay for their Qualified Booking and completing such booking in accordance with these Offer Terms (a “Credit Card Bonus”).

·  Debit Card Bonus (7,500 points):

A Registered Member who is also a Debit Card Member will earn one (1) additional 7,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points by using their Wyndham Rewards Debit Card to pay for their Qualified Booking and completing such booking in accordance with these Offer Terms (a “Debit Card Bonus”; A Debit Card Bonus and a Credit Card Bonus are sometimes collectively referred to herein as “Card Bonuses” and individually as a “Card Bonus”).

Insider Bonus (7,500 points):

A Registered Member who is also an Insider Member [KB1] will earn one (1) additional 7,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points when they complete a Qualified Booking in accordance with these Offer Terms (an “Insider Bonus”).

BONUS LIMITS:

For clarity and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, the following limits apply to bonus earnings under this Offer:

a. The maximum Promotion Bonus is 15,000 points;

b.  There is a maximum of one (1) Credit Card Bonus per Registered Member (even if Member completes more than one (1) Qualified Booking);

c.  There is a maximum of one (1) Debit Card Bonus per Registered Member (even if Member completes more than one (1) Qualified Booking);

d. There is a maximum of one (1) Insider Bonus per Registered Member (even if Member completes more than one (1) Qualified Booking);

e.  A Registered Member who is both a Debit Card Member and an Insider Member cannot earn both a Debit Card Bonus and an Insider Bonus (i.e., a Registered Member who falls into both categories and completes a Qualified Booking in accordance with these Offer Terms will earn only one (1) Additional Bonus, not two (2));

f.   A Registered Member who is both a Credit Card Holder and a Debit Card Holder can earn only one (1) Card Bonus (i.e., a Registered Member who falls into both categories, pays for their stay(s) with their Wyndham Rewards Visa® Card and/or their Wyndham Rewards Debit Card and completes it in accordance with these Offer Terms will earn only one (1) of the Card Bonuses, not two (2)).

Accordingly:

1.  each Registered Member who is not a Credit Card Member, Debit Card Member or Insider Member can earn a maximum of 15,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points;

2.  each Registered Member who is a Debit Card Member can earn a maximum of 22,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points;

3.  each Registered Member who is a Credit Card Member (but not an Insider Member) can earn a maximum of 22,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points;

4.  each Registered Member who is an Insider Member (but not a Credit Card Member) can earn a maximum of 22,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points;

5.  each Registered Member who is both an Insider Member and a Credit Card Member can earn a maximum of 30,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points;

6.  each Registered Member who is both an Insider Member and a Debit Card Member can earn a maximum of 22,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points;

7.  each Registered Member who is an Insider Member, a Credit Card Member and a Debit Card Member can earn a maximum of 30,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points; and

8.  each Registered Member who is a Credit Card Member and a Debit Card Member (but not an Insider Member) can earn a maximum of 22,500 Wyndham Rewards points.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the following conditions apply to receipt of Additional Bonuses:

  · to receive an Insider Bonus, Registered Member must be an Insider Member at time of Qualified Booking completion;

  ·  to receive a Credit Card Bonus, Registered Member must be a Credit Card Member at time of Qualified Booking completion; and

  ·  to receive a Debit Card Bonus, Registered Member must be a Debit Card Member at time of Qualified Booking completion.

Qualified Stays are subject to certain restrictions and do not include third party online bookings or free or discounted nights obtained with points; see the Program Terms for more information about Qualified Stays. A Promotion Bonus will usually be posted to the applicable Member account within two to four weeks following the completion of the applicable stay, a Card Bonus will usually be posted to the applicable Member account within six to eight weeks following the completion of the applicable stay, and an Insider Bonus will usually be posted to the applicable Member account within two to four weeks following the completion of the applicable stay.

For clarity, any stay that (a) is booked or consumed (in whole or in part) prior to registration for this Offer, (b) begins before June 2, 2026 and/or (c) ends after September 30, 2026, will not be counted towards this Offer. Stays at Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties, vacation club resorts and vacation rentals, are not eligible for this Offer. Members who have elected to earn airline miles in their Member profile will earn base miles in accordance with the Program Terms and any bonus points awardable pursuant to this Offer in the form of points.

For the avoidance of doubt, Wyndham Rewards® Business accounts are not eligible for this Offer.

Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify this Offer without notice. Except as specifically modified herein, this Offer is subject to full Program Terms in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void where prohibited.

Free Nights require 7,500–30,000 points per bedroom and, at hotels, are for standard rooms only. Free Nights are subject to availability and member must have enough points for all bedrooms in desired accommodation to book. Per night resort fees may be payable at Caesars Entertainment properties; points can’t be used to pay them. Cancellation policies vary by property. Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in either the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms, or the Wyndham Rewards Insider program terms and conditions, available at www.wyndhamrewardsinsider.com/terms, as applicable. Everyday Wyndham Rewards Members can save 10% or more, 15% or more or 20% or more off the Standard Rate (as defined below) at participating hotels located in the United States, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean and Insider Members can save 15%, 20% or 25% off the Standard Rate at participating hotels located in the United States, Canada, Latin American and the Caribbean when they book the Wyndham Rewards Rate or Insider Rate (each, a “Rate”), respectively, during the period that begins on June 17, 2026 and runs through and includes August 28, 2026 (the “Booking Period”) on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), in accordance with these Offer Terms, and complete such stay by December 31, 2026.

For clarity, any stay that is booked outside of the Booking Period, begun prior to June 17, 2026 or completed after December 31, 2026, will not qualify for any of the discounts described herein.

Exact discount level (10% or more, 15% or more, 20% or more, or 25% off the participating hotel’s Standard Rate) depends on length of stay and which Rate is booked. Subject to all Offer Terms:

·        the Wyndham Rewards Rate will provide a discount of 10% or more off of a participating hotel’s Standard Rate for stays of one (1) night, 15% or more off of a participating hotel’s Standard Rate for stays of two (2) consecutive nights, and 20% or more off of a participating hotel’s Standard Rate for stays of three (3) or more consecutive nights; and

·        The Insider Rate will provide a discount of 15% off of a participating hotel’s Standard Rate for stays of one (1) night, 20% off of a participating hotel’s Standard Rate for stays of two (2) consecutive nights, and 25% off of a participating hotel’s Standard Rate for stays of three (3) or more consecutive nights.

FOR CLARITY, CERTAIN HOTELS THAT OFFER THE WYNDHAM REWARDS RATE AND/OR INSIDER RATE ARE NOT PARTICIPATING IN THIS OFFER. AT SUCH HOTELS, THE STANDARD WYNDHAM REWARDS RATE AND/OR INSIDER RATE WILL PREVAIL DURING THE OFFER PERIOD. “Standard Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the brand sites for the hotel, date and accommodation requested.

“Direct Booking Channel” means: (i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains; (ii) via the official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains by requesting the Wyndham Rewards Rate offer or Insider Rate offer; (iii) onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property by requesting the Wyndham Rewards Rate offer or Insider Rate offer; or (iv) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Cancel before 4 PM the day prior to scheduled check-in to avoid a one (1) night charge plus applicable taxes at most properties; some properties may require more advance notice. Contact individual hotel directly to confirm its cancelation policy.

Blackout dates, room type exclusions and other restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to participating hotels and is subject to availability at such hotels. It is possible that a Rate will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation made pursuant to this offer may result in an ineligibility to receive the advertised discount. This offer and these Offer Terms are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.

U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be automatically enrolled in the Wyndham Rewards Program upon completion of a reservation; to void enrollment, call Wyndham Rewards member services at 1-866-996-7937. Non-U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be provided an option to enroll in the Wyndham Rewards Program at time of reservation.  Enrollment is required to receive the advertised discount.

Tax is additional, and a Rate may not be combined with any other offer or discount other than applicable registration-based, bonus point promotions. Further, and for clarity, a Rate does not include resort/service fees, incidentals or gratuities or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. Mandatory taxes and compulsory fees will be included in a Rate where required by applicable law.
