We are committed to supporting your active lifestyle with rejuvenating and energizing experiences. Each week we host more than 30 yoga classes inside our Yoga Studio as well as outside by the pool. Feel the morning sun on your back as you breathe and stretch into each pose. Our 24-hour fitness center lets you clear your mind and strengthen your body at any hour of the day with a full array of cardio and strength training equipment.
If you prefer to get your workout in on the green, on the court, or in a lap pool, our staff is happy to make arrangements at local clubs and facilities. We offer discounted drop-in rates at several nearby fitness clubs, including YouFit, Orange Theory, and Flywheel, where you can get one-on-one training with expert instructors. Simply stop by or call the front desk to make a reservation. If you’d rather stay at the hotel, we are happy to make arrangements for a fitness coach to come to you. Whatever you need to get the most out of your workout, our staff will gladly assist.
