Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms. To get the advertised discount off of the Standard Rate (as defined below), during the period that begins on January 13, 2026 and runs through and includes February 16, 2026 (the “Booking Period”), book the Member Rate at a participating hotel in the 50 United States, D.C. and Canada on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), in accordance with these Offer Terms and complete such stay by May 31, 2026.

For clarity, any stay that is booked outside of the Booking Period, begun prior to January 13, 2026 or completed after May 31, 2026, will not qualify for this sale (the “Winter Sale”).

Exact discount level (10% or more, 15% or more or 20% or more off of the participating hotel’s Standard Rate) depends on length of stay. Subject to all Offer Terms:

• stays of one (1) night that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive a discount of 10% or more off of the participating hotel’s Standard Rate;
• stays of two (2) consecutive nights that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive 15% or more off of the participating hotel’s Standard Rate; and
• stays of three (3) consecutive nights or more that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive 20% or more off of the participating hotel’s Standard Rate.

Exact discount level over and above the stated minimums (if any) will vary by participating hotel and reservation date(s).

“Standard Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the brand sites for the hotel, date and accommodation requested.

“Direct Booking Channel” means: (i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains; (ii) via the official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains by requesting the Winter Sale; (iii) onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property by requesting the Winter Sale; or (iv) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Cancel before 4 PM the day prior to scheduled check-in to avoid a one (1) night charge plus applicable taxes at most properties; some properties may require more advance notice. Contact individual hotel directly to confirm its cancelation policy.

Blackout dates, room type exclusions and other restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to participating hotels and is subject to availability at such hotels. It is possible that this rate will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a Winter Sale reservation may result in an ineligibility to receive the advertised discount. The Winter Sale and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.

U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be automatically enrolled in the Wyndham Rewards Program upon completion of a reservation; to void enrollment, call Wyndham Rewards member services at 1-866-996-7937. Non-U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be provided an option to enroll in the Wyndham Rewards Program at time of reservation.  Enrollment is required to receive the advertised discount.

Tax is additional, and rates may not be combined with any other offer or discount other than applicable registration-based, bonus point promotions. Further, and for clarity, rates do not include resort/service fees, incidentals or gratuities or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed.

²Subscription Terms & Conditions, Including Information About Auto-Renewal & Cancellation:
Wyndham Rewards Insider is a subscription program that auto-renews annually. When you subscribe by February 28, 2026, you will be charged $95 for an initial 14-month term of Wyndham Rewards Insider. Beginning at the end of your initial term, your membership will automatically renew annually for $95/year, charged to the payment method you provide at sign-up. You may cancel auto-renewal of your subscription online through your account at WyndhamRewardsInsider.com or by following the cancellation instructions in your Welcome Email. You must cancel at least one (1) day before your renewal date to avoid processing the next year's charge. Once you cancel auto-renew, you may continue to enjoy your Wyndham Rewards Insider benefits for the remainder of your then-current membership term, but you will not receive a pro-rated refund for the remainder of the term.  The annual subscription price may change upon notice to you.
