¹4X Points Offer Terms & Conditions:

Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for this Wyndham Rewards bonus points offer (“Offer”), a Wyndham Rewards Member must:

(a)              first register for the Offer by completing the registration process on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of any participating Hotel Chain, or through the “My Promotions” section of their Wyndham Rewards Member account on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards or the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App, in each case, during the period that begins on September 24, 2026 and runs though and includes January 15, 2027 (any Member who registers in accordance with the foregoing requirements will occasionally be referred to in these Offer Terms as a “Registered Member”); then

(b)             after registering but no later than January 15, 2027, book a Qualified Stay that meets the applicable length of stay minimum described below at a Participating Hotel on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), and complete such stay by January 19, 2027 (the requirements set forth in this clause (b), collectively, a “Qualified Booking”).

For purposes of these Offer Terms, “Direct Booking Channel” means:

(i)     www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains;

(ii)    the official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains;

(iii)  onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property; or

(iv)  on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, Offer not valid at Super 8 by Wyndham hotels in Mainland China.

Subject to all Offer Terms, including, without limitation, those relating to the bonus point award maximums described below:

(A)   4X Points Bonus (applicable to all Qualified Bookings, regardless of stay length):

A Registered Member who completes a Qualified Booking will receive 4X the number of Base Points they would otherwise have earned for such stay, absent this Offer, pursuant to the Program Terms, up to 15,000 bonus points.  Such bonus points will hereinafter be referred to as the “4X Points Bonus”. For example, a Qualified Booking that is completed by a Registered Member that would, under the Program Terms, earn 2,000 Base Points, would instead, pursuant to this Offer, earn a total of 8,000 points (4 X 2,000 = 8,000, with 2,000 of such points denominated as Base Points, and the remaining 6,000 points denominated as the 4X Points Bonus). Miles Earners who take advantage of this Offer will receive their base earnings in accordance with the Program Terms (i.e., base earnings in miles or other applicable Travel Partner Currency), and their 4X Points Bonus in Wyndham Rewards points only. Such 4X Points Bonus will be in an amount equal to 3X the number of base miles (or other applicable Travel Partner Currency).

(B)   Card Bonuses (2 Qualified Bookings or a 2+ consecutive night Qualified Booking required):

A Registered Member who is: a primary Wyndham Rewards Earner® Premier Cardmember (“Premier Card Member”), a primary Wyndham Rewards Visa® Cardmember (i.e., a primary cardholder of any Wyndham Rewards Visa® credit card other than the Wyndham Rewards Earner® Premier credit card) (“Credit Card Member”), or a primary Wyndham Rewards Debit Card cardholder (“Debit Card Member) and completes one (1) Qualified Booking of two (2) or more consecutive nights or two (2) Qualified Bookings of one (1) night each can earn a points bonus in addition to the 4X Points Bonus, as more particularly set forth below (each such additional bonus, a “Card Bonus”).  Premier Card Members, Credit Card Members and Debit Card Members will occasionally be referred to in these Offer Terms as “Card Members” and Wyndham Rewards Earner® Premier credit cards, Wyndham Rewards Visa® credit cards and Wyndham Rewards Debit cards will occasionally be referred to in these Offer Terms as “Cards”.

·        Premier Card Bonus (10,000 points):

A Registered Member who is also a Premier Card Member will earn one (1) 10,000 Wyndham Rewards points bonus by using their Wyndham Rewards Earner® Premier Card to pay for their Qualified Booking(s) and completing them in accordance with these Offer Terms.

·        Credit Card Bonus (5,000 points)

A Registered member who is also a Credit Card Member will earn one (1) 5,000 Wyndham Rewards points bonus by using their Wyndham Rewards Visa® Card to pay for their Qualified Booking(s) and completing them in accordance with these Offer Terms.

·        Debit Card Bonus (5,000 points):

A Registered Member who is also a Debit Card Member will earn one (1) 5,000 Wyndham Rewards points bonus by using their Wyndham Rewards Debit Card to pay for their Qualified Booking(s) and completing them in accordance with these Offer Terms.

(C)   Insider Bonus (2 Qualified Bookings or a 2+ consecutive night Qualified Booking required):

A Registered Member who is a Wyndham Rewards Insider member and completes one (1) Qualified Booking of two (2) or more consecutive nights or two (2) Qualified Bookings of one (1) night each will earn one (1) 5,000 Wyndham Rewards points bonus (an “Insider Bonus”).

BONUS LIMITS:

For clarity and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, the following limits apply to bonus earnings under this Offer:

·        The maximum 4X Points Bonus is 15,000 points;

·        There is a limit of one (1) Card Bonus or one (1) Insider Bonus per Registered Member (i.e., a Registered Member who is both a Card Member and an Insider Member cannot earn both a Card Bonus and an Insider Bonus (i.e., a Registered Member who falls into both categories and completes a Qualified Booking with their Card will earn only the applicable Card Bonus);

Accordingly:

1.      Each Registered Member who is not a Credit Card Member or Insider Member can earn a maximum of 15,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points;

2.      Each Registered Member who is a Premier Card Member can earn a maximum of 25,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points; and

3.      Each Registered Member who is a Credit Card Member, Debit Card Member and/or an Insider Member can earn a maximum of 20,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, to receive a Card Bonus, a Registered Member must still be a Card Member at time of Qualified Booking(s) completion, and to receive an Insider Bonus, a Registered Member must still be a member of the Wyndham Rewards Insider program at time of Qualified Booking(s) completion.

Qualified Stays are subject to certain restrictions and do not include third party online bookings or free or discounted nights obtained with points; see the Program Terms for more information about Qualified Stays. A Promotion Bonus will usually be posted to the applicable Member account within two to four weeks following the completion of the applicable stay, a Card Bonus will usually be posted to the applicable Member account within six to eight weeks following the completion of the applicable stay, and an Insider Bonus will usually be posted to the applicable Member account within two to four weeks following the completion of the applicable stay.

For clarity, any stay that (a) is booked or consumed (in whole or in part) prior to registration for this Offer, (b) begins before September 24, 2026 and/or (c) ends after January 19, 2027, will not be counted towards this Offer. Free Nights, Discounted Nights with Points + Cash and stays at Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties, vacation club resorts and vacation rentals, are not eligible for this Offer. Members who have elected to earn airline miles in their Member profile will earn base miles in accordance with the Program Terms and any bonus points awardable pursuant to this Offer in the form of points.

For the avoidance of doubt, Wyndham Rewards® Business accounts are not eligible for this Offer.

Members who have any questions as to their qualifications for participating in the Offer, whether their participation meets the standards for earning points or rewards for this Offer, or the actual amount of points or rewards received, should raise such questions within 60 days after January 15, 2027 (the "Objection Deadline"). Subject to all applicable law, Wyndham Rewards, Inc. will only review, and, if applicable, adjust the Member’s aforementioned qualifications, points information, etc., prior to or on the Objection Deadline after which date, Members shall bear full responsibility for any losses caused by failing to raise objections by the Objection Deadline, and Wyndham Rewards, Inc. shall have no liability to the Members in connection with this Offer.

Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify this Offer without notice. Except as specifically modified herein, this Offer is subject to full Program Terms in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void where prohibited.
