*Diamond 5X Wyndham Rewards Bonus Points Terms & Conditions

Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for this Wyndham Rewards Diamond Level Member bonus points offer (“Diamond Level Offer”), a Wyndham Rewards Diamond Level Member must:

(a)    receive an email invitation from Wyndham Rewards specific to the Diamond Level Offer and/or receive the Diamond Level Offer in the “My Promotions” section of their Wyndham Rewards Member account (each, an “Invitation”); then

(b)    complete the registration process for the Diamond Level Offer (i) via the click through process set forth in the Invitation, (ii) by calling Member Services at the applicable number found here, (iii) on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of any participating Hotel Chain, (iv) through the “My Promotions” section of their Wyndham Rewards Member account on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, or (v) through the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App, in each case, during the period that begins on November 12, 2025 and runs through and includes December 30, 2025 (any Member who registers in accordance with the foregoing requirements will occassionally be referred to in these Offer Terms as a “Registered Member”); then

(c)     after registering but no later than December 30, 2025, book one or more Qualified Stays at a Participating Hotel on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), and complete such stay(s) by December 31, 2025 (the requirements set forth in this clause (c), collectively, the “Booking & Stay Requirements”).

For purposes of these Offer Terms, “Direct Booking Channel” means:

(i)      www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains;

(ii)    the official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains;

(iii)   onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property; or

(iv)   the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

Except as otherwise set forth below with respect to Members who have elected to earn Travel Partner Currency rather than Wyndham Rewards points (“Miles Earners”), a Registered Member who books and completes one or more Qualified Stays in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements, will receive 5X the amount of Base Points for each such stay that such Member would have earned for such stay(s), absent this Diamond Level Offer, pursuant to the Program Terms (the additional points earned by a Registered Member pursuant to these Offer Terms, “Diamond Offer Bonus Points”). For example, a Qualified Stay that is booked and completed by a Registered Member in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements that would, under the Program Terms, earn 2,000 Base Points would, pursuant to this Offer, earn a total of 10,000 points (5 X 2000 = 10,000, with 2,000 of such points denominated as Base Points, and the remainig 8,000 points denominated as the Diamond Offer Bonus Points).

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, a Member can earn a maximum of sixty thousand (60,000) Diamond Offer Bonus Points. For clarity, a Member will not receive Diamond Offer Bonus Points for a no-show. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, Offer not valid at Super 8 by Wyndham hotels in Mainland China..

Qualified Stays are subject to certain restrictions and do not include third party online bookings; see the Program Terms for more information about Qualified Stays. Diamond Offer Bonus Points will usually be posted to an eligible Member’s Member account within six to eight weeks following the completion of the applicable stay. For clarity, any stay that (a) is booked or consumed (in whole or in part) prior to registration for this Diamond Level Offer, (b) begins before November 12, 2025 and/or (c) ends after December 31, 2025, will not be counted towards this Diamond Level Offer. Stays at Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties, vacation club resorts and vacation rentals and Free Nights and Discounted Nights with Points + Cash are not eligible for this Diamond Level Offer. Members who have elected to earn airline miles in their Member profile will earn base miles in accordance with the Program Terms and the Diamond Offer Bonus Points in the form of Wyndham Rewards points. Such Diamond Offer Bonus Points will be in an amount equal to 4X the number of base miles (or other applicable Travel Partner Currency).

For the avoidance of doubt, Wyndham Rewards^® Business accounts and Members who receive Diamond Level through the (i) Wyndham Rewards Holiday Upgrade Offer or (ii) the Wyndham Rewards Status Match Program are not eligible for this Diamond Level Offer.

Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify this Diamond Level Offer without notice. Except as specifically modified herein, this Diamond Level Offer is subject to full Program Terms in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void where prohibited.
