(Prior to this promotional period, the Rewarding Rate at the participating properties described in clause (a) of the foregoing sentence was 5% off their respective Best Available Rates, and the Rewarding Rate at the participating properties described in clause (b) of the foregoing sentence 10% off of their respective Best Available Rates). Stays under this limited time offer must be booked by September 8, 2020. Dazzler by Wyndham and Esplendor® Boutique Hotels by Wyndham hotels as well as Participating Destinations are not participating in this limited time offer.  For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the Limited Time Up to 15% Off Wyndham Rewards Rate may result in an ineligibility to receive the discount described above. One stay includes all consecutive nights at the same hotel regardless of check-ins or check-outs.  This offer and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited. Except as specifically modified by this paragraph, all terms and conditions set forth below under the heading “Wyndham Rewards Rate Terms & Conditions” will apply to this limited time offer.

Wyndham Rewards Rate Terms & Conditions

The Wyndham Rewards Rate (which is sometimes referred to as the “Rewarding Rate”) is a discount off the Best Available Rate (as defined below) offered at participating “by Wyndham” hotels and Participating Destinations (as that term is defined in the Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions).  Must be a Wyndham Rewards Member to be eligible for the Wyndham Rewards Rate.  The amount of the discount is 5% or 10% as determined by the participating brand.  Caesars Entertainment properties do not participate in the Wyndham Rewards Rate at this time.

Wyndham Rewards Members will see the Wyndham Rewards Rate (if any) offered by their selected property on their chosen date(s) when they check the booking web site to plan their stays.  Wyndham Rewards Members may book the Wyndham Rewards Rate (when available): (i) on www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com, any of the official brand websites of the participating Hotel Chains (as defined in the Wyndham Rewards Program terms and conditions) or the Wyndham Rewards app; (ii) via the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the participating properties; (iii) onsite at a participating property, directly with such property or (iv) via a non-online travel agent (i.e., a traditional travel agent).  “Best Available Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the applicable website for the property, date and accommodations requested. Cancellation policies vary by participating property; please inquire at time of reservation.

The Wyndham Rewards Rate is available for individual bookings only, not valid for existing reservations, may be changed or discontinued at any time and is subject to all Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. The Wyndham Rewards Rate is subject to applicable law and void or not applicable where prohibited by law.

The Wyndham Rewards Rate may not be combined with any other offer or discount, coupon, sale promotion, prior purchase, or purchase of a gift certificate except to the extent another offer specifically identifies itself as combinable with the Wyndham Rewards Rate. The Wyndham Rewards Rate does not include resort/service fees, taxes, incidentals or gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. ²Stay 2 Nights, Get 7,500 Bonus Points Terms & Conditions:
Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamRewards.com/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for this offer to receive 7,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points (“Offer”) and receive such bonus points (the “Bonus”), a Wyndham Rewards Member must: (i) register for the Offer by completing the registration process on wyndhamrewards.com, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of any participating Hotel Chain, or through the “My Promotions” section of his or her Wyndham Rewards Member account on wyndhamrewards.com or the Wyndham Rewards mobile app, in each case, between July 16, 2020 and September 8, 2020 (the “Promotion Period”); (ii), book a Qualified Stay of two (2) or more consecutive nights at a Participating Hotel on wyndhamrewards.com, wyndhamhotels.com, any of the official brand websites of any participating Hotel Chain, the Wyndham Rewards mobile app, or via the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the participating Hotel Chains, or directly with a Participating Hotel; and (iii) begin such stay no earlier than July 16, 2020 and complete it no later than September 10, 2020 (an “Offer Qualifying Stay”).

For clarity, Members must register for the Offer before completing their Qualified Stay during the Promotion Period in order for it to count toward this Offer, and any stay that has a check-in date prior to July 16, 2020, and/or a check-out date after September 10, 2020, will not be counted towards the Offer.Stays at Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties, vacation club resorts and vacation rentals, are not eligible for this Offer. Go Fast award stays are also not eligible for this Offer.

Qualified Stays are subject to certain restrictions, including, without limitation, that such stays cannot be booked via any third party website; see the Program Terms for more information about Qualified Stays at Participating Hotels.

A Member who is eligible to receive a Bonus pursuant to these Offer Terms will typically receive it within two to four weeks after the completion of the applicable Offer Qualifying Stay.

7,500 Wyndham Rewards points are good for 1 standard bedroom per night at thousands of Participating Hotels, subject to availability. Most properties – Go Free award applies to room rate only, including taxes. Redemption levels for Go Free awards vary by Participating Hotel and can be as high as 30,000 points per night and resort fees (which are not payable with points) may apply. See the Program Terms for more information about how to redeem Wyndham Rewards points. Members who have elected to earn airline miles or rail points in their Member profile will earn base miles or rail points in accordance with the Program Terms and the Bonus in the form of points.

Maximum of one (1) Bonus per Member, regardless of how many stays are completed by a Member during the Promotion Period. A no-show does not count as an Offer Qualifying Stay.

The Offer is exclusive to Wyndham Rewards Members. Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify the Offer without notice. The Offer is subject to full Program Terms in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void where prohibited.
