Mobile Flash Deal - Get 7,500/14,000 Bonus Points Terms & Conditions:
Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamRewards.com/terms (the “Program Terms”). As more particularly set forth below, this promotion (“Offer”) offers Members the opportunity to receive 7,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points for a two (2) consecutive night stay (enough for a US$25 Shell Gift Card) or 14,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points for a three (3) or more consecutive night stay (enough for a US$50 Shell Gift Card). Each of the bonus awards described in the foregoing sentence will be referred to hereinafter as a “Bonus”.
To qualify for this Offer, a Wyndham Rewards Member residing in the U.S. must:
(i) first register for the Offer by completing the registration process via wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com, any of the official brand websites of any participating Hotel Chain, the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App, the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the participating Hotel Chains, or the “My Promotions” section of his/her/their Wyndham Rewards Member account, in each case, between August 8, 2022 and August 14, 2022; then
(ii) after registering but no later than August 14, 2022, book a Qualified Stay that meets the applicable length of stay minimum described above on (a) the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App or (b) the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts mobile websites (i.e., the mobile versions of each of: the official brand website of each participating Hotel Chain, wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards and wyndhamhotels.com); and
(iii) begin the stay no earlier than August 8, 2022 and complete it no later than September 30, 2022.
The fulfillment of all of the foregoing requirements,collectively, will be referred to hereinafter as the “Qualifying Activity”.
Maximum of one (1) Bonus per Member, regardless of how many stays are completed by a Member during the Offer period. In the case of a registered Member who books and completes more than one (1) Qualified Stay in accordance with these Offer Terms, the Bonus awarded will be the one associated with the first of such stays to be processed. (For example, a Member who books and completes a 2 night stay, and subsequently a 3 night stay, in accordance with these Offer Terms, will receive only the Bonus for 7,500 Wyndham Rewards points.) A no-show will not count toward this Offer.
For clarity, Members must register before booking and completing the applicable stay in order for it to count toward this Offer, and any stay with a check-in date before August 8, 2022, and/or a check-out date after September 30, 2022, will not be counted towards this Offer. Stays at Participating Caesars Rewards Properties (with the exception of those that are co-branded with Trademark Collection by WyndhamTM and Caesars), vacation club resorts and vacation rentals, are not eligible for this Offer. Go Fast and Go Free award stays are also not eligible for this Offer.

A Member who is eligible to receive a Bonus pursuant to these Offer Terms will typically receive it within two to four weeks after the completion of the applicable Qualifying Activity.
Bonus will be awarded in the form of Wyndham Rewards points, even to Members who have elected to earn airline miles in their Member profile (although their base earnings will continue to be awarded as miles).
The Offer is exclusive to Wyndham Rewards Members. Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify the Offer without notice. The Offer is subject to full Program Terms in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void where prohibited.
The Shell Gift Card can be used only for purchases of goods and services at Shell locations in the U.S., except territories. The Card cannot be redeemed for cash and no change will be given, except in states that require redemption for cash. Shell Oil Products U.S. and its related companies are not sponsors or co-sponsors of this promotion. If card balance falls below one dollar, pay at the pump may not be available, in which case contact station cashier to access balance or call the number printed on the card for assistance.
