Earn 3X Points + 5,000 Bonus Points Terms

¹Earn 3X Wyndham Rewards Bonus Points Terms & Conditions:

(i) first register for the Offer by completing the registration process on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any ofthe official brand websites of any participating Hotel Chain, or through the “My Promotions” section of his/her/their Wyndham Rewards Member account on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards or the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App, in each case, between September 28, 2022 and January 13, 2023 (any Member who registers in accordance with the foregoing requirements will occasionally be referred to in these Offer Terms as a “Registered Member”); then

(ii) after registering but by January 13, 2023, book one or more Qualified Stays each of at least two (2) consecutive nights at any participating hotel on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), and complete such stay(s) by January 16, 2023 (the requirements set forth in this clause (ii), collectively, the “Booking & Stay Requirements”).

For purposes of these Offer Terms, “Direct Booking Channel” means:

(a) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains;

(b) the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains;

(d) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

A Registered Member who books and completes one or more Qualified Stays each of two (2) or more consecutive nights in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements, will receive 3X the amount of Base Points for each such stay that such Member would have earned for such stay(s), absent this Offer, pursuant to the Program Terms, but in no event shall a Member receive more than 30,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points in the aggregate for all Qualified Stays consumed in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements (the additional points earned by a Registered Member pursuant to these Offer Terms, a “Bonus”). For example, a Qualified Stay of two (2) consecutive nights that is booked and completed by a Registered Member in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements that would, under the Program Terms, earn 2000 Base Points would, pursuant to this Offer, earn a total of 6,000 points (3 X 2000 = 6,000, with 2,000 of such points denominated as Base Points, and the remainig 4,000 points denominated as the Bonus). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, a Member cannot earn more than 30,000 Wyndham Rewards Bonus points. For clarity, a Member will not receive a Bonus for a no-show. Qualified Stays are subject to certain restrictions and do not include third party online bookings; see the Program Terms for more information about Qualified Stays. The Bonus will usually be posted to an eligible Member’s Member account within six to eight weeks following the completion of the applicable stay. For clarity, any stay that (a) is booked or consumed (in whole or in part) prior to registration for this Offer, (b) begins before September 28, 2022 and/or (c) ends after January 16, 2023, will not be counted towards this Offer. Stays at Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties, vacation club resorts and vacation rentals, are not eligible for this Offer. Go Fast and Go Free award stays are also not eligible for this Offer. Members who have elected to earn airline miles in their Member profile will earn base miles in accordance with the Program Terms and the Bonus in the form of Wyndham Rewards points.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: This Offer is not combinable with other Wyndham Rewards bonus point multiplier offers, including, without limitation, the 5X Wyndham Rewards bonus points offer at participating all-inclusive properties in Latin America and the Caribbean. A Qualified Stay of two (2) or more consecutive nights that should qualify for a Bonus in accordance with these Offer Terms may be processed differently if the nights, though consecutive, have been booked at different times and/or the stay is associated with more than one reservation confirmation number. Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify this Offer without notice. Except as specifically modified herein, this Offer is subject to full Program Terms in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void where prohibited.

³Mid-Week Business Travel Offer: Earn 5,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points – Terms & Conditions:

Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for this offer (“Offer”) to receive 5,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points (a “Bonus”), a Wyndham Rewards Member must: (i) receive an email invitation from Wyndham Rewards specific to this Offer and/or receive this Offer in the “My Promotions” section of their Wyndham Rewards Member account (each, an “Offer Invitation”); (ii) register for the Offer via the click through process set forth in the Offer Invitation or by calling Member Services at the applicable number found here, in each case, between October 26, 2022 and January 13, 2023; then (iii) on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), book a Qualified Stay of at least two (2) consecutive weeknights (Sunday - Thursday); and (iv) begin such stay no earlier than October 26, 2022 and complete it no later than January 16, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”).

For purposes of these Offer Terms, “Direct Booking Channel” means any of the following booking channels: wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com, any of the official brand websites of any participating Hotel Chain, the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App, the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the participating Hotel Chains, a non-online travel agent (i.e., a traditional travel agent or travel management company that books through a global distribution system) and/or directly with a Participating Hotel.

Limit of two (2) Bonuses per Member. For further clarity, a Member may not earn more than two (2) Bonuses (i.e., 10,000 bonus points) pursuant to this Offer, regardless of how many Qualified Stays he/she/they complete during the Promotion Period.

For clarity, Members must register for the Offer before booking and completing their Qualified Stay(s) in order for any such stays to count toward this Offer. Stays at Participating Caesars Rewards Properties (with the exception of those Caesars properties that are members of the Trademark Collection by Wyndham), vacation club resorts and vacation rentals are not eligible for this Offer. Go Free and Go Fast award stays are also not eligible for this Offer.

Qualified Stays are subject to certain restrictions, including, without limitation, that such stays cannot be booked via any third party website; see the Program Terms for more information about Qualified Stays at Participating Hotels.

A Member who is eligible to receive a Bonus pursuant to these Offer Terms will typically receive it within six to eight weeks after the completion of the stay for which it was earned.

Members who have elected to earn airline miles in their Member profile will earn base miles in accordance with the Program Terms and the Bonus in the form of points.

A no-show does not count toward this Offer.

The Offer is exclusive to Wyndham Rewards Members. Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify the Offer without notice. The Offer is subject to full Program Terms in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void where prohibited.
