Wyndham Rewards – Military Promotion Terms & Conditions:

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (“Wyndham”) will match, on a point-for-point basis up to certain maximums set forth below, donations of Wyndham Rewards points made by Wyndham Rewards Members between October 27, 2022 and December 12, 2022 (the “Promotion Period”) to any of the following 4 non-profit organizations: Fisher House Foundation, Operation Homefront, Hope For The Warriors, and Armed Services YMCA (each, a “Participating Organization”). The points donated by Wyndham pursuant to the foregoing sentence will hereinafter be referred to as “Matched Points”. Wyndham will donate up to 250,000 Matched Points per Participating Organization (with respect to each such Participating Organization, its “Individual Cap”) and up to 1,000,000 Matched Points in the aggregate for the Participating Organizations collectively (the “Total Cap”). In the event that at any time a Wyndham Rewards Member donates Wyndham Rewards points to a Participating Organization which donation, if matched in full, would result in donation by Wyndham in excess of the Participating Organization’s Individual Cap, then such donation will not be matched with respect to such excess.  For clarity, Wyndham will not match (i) a donation to a Participating Organization, even if made during the Promotion Period, once the Individual Cap for such Participating Organization has been met or (ii) any donation to any of the Participating Organizations during the Promotion Period once the Total Cap has been met.

Wyndham will donate the Matched Points within 30 days after the applicable Participating Organization receives the donation from the Wyndham Rewards Member and such donation is reported to Wyndham Rewards, Inc.  Wyndham Rewards Members must be in good standing to participate in this promotion. A minimum donation of 500 Wyndham Rewards points is required in order to donate to any Participating Organization. Your Wyndham Rewards Points donation will be posted to your Member Account. Military 1,000 Wyndham Rewards Bonus Points Terms & Conditions:

Capitalized terms used without definition in these promotion terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for the Military 1,000 Wyndham Rewards Bonus Points (the “Military Bonus Offer”), a Wyndham Rewards Member must: (i) be a current or retired member of the United States or Canadian military or the spouse or child (18 years or older) of a current or retired member of the United States or Canadian military; (ii) between October 27, 2022 and December 11, 2022, book one (1) stay under the Military Rate at a participating hotel located in the United States or Canada (a) on www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com, any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains or the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts mobile app; (b) via the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains; (c) onsite at a participating hotel located in the United States or Canada, directly with such property, or (d) via a non-online travel agent (i.e., a traditional travel agent); and (iii) complete their stay, as booked, by December 12, 2022. For clarity, any stay that has a check-in date prior to October 27, 2022, and/or a check-out date after December 12, 2022, will not be counted towards the Military Bonus Offer. Member must be a Wyndham Rewards Member in good standing to participate and provide valid military identification at the time of check-in. A Member who completes a stay pursuant to these Promotion Terms will receive 1,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points (the “Bonus”). Maximum of five (5) Bonuses per Member, regardless of how may stays he or she completes at a participating hotel during the promotion period. A Member will not receive the Bonus for a no-show.

Restrictions apply. Offer availability limited to participating hotels located in the United States and Canada. Members who have elected in their Member profile to earn airline miles or other Travel Partner Currency rather than Wyndham Rewards points and who book and stay using the Military Bonus Offer will receive their base earning in Travel Partner Currency with the Bonus denominated in 1,000 Wyndham Rewards points. The Bonus will usually be posted to a Member's account within two to four weeks after the activity through which they were earned. The Military Bonus Offer and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time.

Military Bonus Offer is combinable ONLY with applicable registration-based, bonus point promotions; it may not be combined with any other offer, discount, coupon, sale promotion, prior purchase, group bookings or purchase of a gift certificate. Rates do not include resort/service fees, taxes, incidentals or gratuities or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. Rate, taxes, applicable dates, advance deposit, credit guarantee and reservation cancellation policies may vary by hotel; please inquire at time of reservation.
