Award Night Redemption Tier Updates

 

What happens if I have an existing go free/go fast reservation and the hotel moves to a new Redemption Tier on February 11, 2020?
Your existing reservation will not be affected. If your hotel’s Redemption Tier decreases on February 11, 2020, you will automatically be credited the difference in points. (Please allow 2-3 days for points to be credited.) If your hotel’s Redemption Tier increases on February 11, 2020, then the original cost (in points) at booking will be honored and you will not be charged for such increase.


What happens if I book a new go free/go fast award night now or before February 11, 2020?
Please book your reservation as planned and rest assured that if your hotel’s Redemption Tier decreases, you will automatically be credited the difference in points. (Please allow 2-3 days for points to be credited.) If your hotel’s Redemption Tier increases, then the original cost (in points) at booking will be honored and you will not be charged for such increase.
