PLEASE NOTE: In addition to the Titanium Level terms and conditions set forth herein (the “Titanium Terms”), all Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, as the same may be amended from time to time, apply, mutatis mutandis, to:
- all Titanium Level Members and their Wyndham Rewards points and Travel Partner Currency; and
- all Titanium Level Member Level Benefits.
Such Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, as the same may be amended from time to time, are hereby incorporated into these Titanium Terms by reference. Capitalized terms used in these Titanium Terms without definition will have the meanings assigned to them in the Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Please review the Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions for further details.
Without limiting the foregoing, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Titanium Terms, Sponsor reserves the right to:
- amend, suspend, restrict or cancel any or all of the Member Level Benefits described or referred to in these Titanium Terms, and/or
- end the Titanium Level portion of the Member Levels program, or the entire Member Levels program,
in each case, at any time, without notice, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Without limiting the foregoing, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Titanium Terms, Sponsor also reserves the right to, without notice, revoke a Member’s Titanium Level, or discontinue any or all Member Level Benefits offered to a Member, under any of the following circumstances:
- Member acts in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws, rules, and/or regulations;
- Member violates the Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions or these Titanium Terms;
- Member performs, directly or indirectly, any act or failure to act that in Sponsor’s reasonable judgment is or could be injurious or prejudicial to the goodwill associated with Sponsor, the Program, or any of the participating Hotel Chains; and/or
- Member is not in compliance with the terms of any applicable Agreement (as defined in Section I below) (any such Member, a “Noncompliant Member”). which governs the operations of a Noncompliant Member’s Wyndham Hotels & Resorts property.
I. Certain Definitions
For purposes of these Titanium Terms:
- “Agreement” means a franchise, license or management agreement with an affiliate of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc. which governs the operation of a Participating Hotel under a Titanium Eligible Hotel Chain.
- “Eligibility Date” means December 1 of any given year;
- “Entity Principal” means each individual identified as the entity principal contact on the site contact form for a franchised Qualified Participating Hotel (as defined below);
- “Invitation” means an invitation from Wyndham Rewards to claim Titanium Level;
- “Managed Principal” means each employee of a managed Qualified Participating Hotel selected by the owner entity of such managed Qualified Partcipating Hotel to receive an Invitation in accordance with these Titanium Terms. Each owner entity of a managed Qualified Participating Hotel may select one (1) such employee per Qualified Participating Hotel, up to a maximum of four (4) individuals, to receive an Invitation in a given calendar year, by sending an email no later than January 15 of such year (or, in the case of a Participating Hotel that has opened for the first time after such date, within thirty (30) days after such hotel’s Opening Date) to the owner entity’s Director of Franchise Operations, identifying such individual(s) and providing their name, email address, and site ID of Qualified Participating Hotel. For clarity, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Titanium Terms, an owner entity may select a maximum of four (4) employees to receive Invitations, even if such owner entity owns more than four (4) Qualified Participating Hotels;
- “Opening Date” has the meaning ascribed to it in the applicable hotel’s Agreement;
- “Qualified Participating Hotel” means, at any given time, any Participating Hotel of a Titanium Eligible Hotel Chain, which, as of the immediately preceding Eligibility Date (i) received an “A” or “B” or the then equivalent on its most recent quality inspection or has yet to receive a quality inspection; and (ii) is not currently suspended from accessing Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc.'s central reservation system (the conditions described in the foregoing clauses (i) and (ii), the “Standards”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, any Participating Hotel that did not meet the Standards as of the applicable determination date, but subsequently does, may become a Qualified Participating Hotel; a representative from any such Participating Hotel may contact wrTITANIUM@wyndhamrewards.com to request verification of such hotel’s status as a Qualified Participating Hotel. Upon such verification by Wyndham Rewards, such Participating Hotel will be deemed a Qualified Participating Hotel.
- “Titanium Eligible Hotel Chain” means any of the following: AmericInn®, Baymont Inn & Suites®, Days Inn® (excluding Days Inn hotels located in China), Dazzler® Hotels, Dolce Hotels and Resorts®, Esplendor® Boutique Hotels, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham®, Howard Johnson® (excluding Howard Johnson hotels located in China), La Quinta®, Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham®, Ramada®, Super 8® (excluding Super 8 hotels located in China), Trademark® (excluding Trademark hotels owned by H-Hotels AG), Travelodge®, TRYP by Wyndham® (excluding TRYP by Wyndham hotels operated by Sol Meliá S.A.), Wingate by Wyndham®, Wyndham Grand®, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts® and Wyndham Garden®.
II. Eligibility
Wyndham Rewards offers Eligible Parties (as defined below) the Titanium Member Level (“Titanium Level”) as part of the Wyndham Rewards Member Levels program. For purposes of these Titanium Terms, “Eligible Parties” means any or all of the following, as the context may require:
- Entity Principals;
- Managed Principals;
- Principal Friends (as defined in Section II.2. below); and
- such other individuals as may be designated by Sponsor from time to time in its sole discretion (“Sponsor Friends”).
For clarity, Eligible Parties do not need to complete a designated number of Qualifying Nights to obtain Titanium Level.
II. Obtaining and Renewing Titanium Level
A. Obtaining Titanium Level
In order to obtain Titanium Level, Eligible Parties must be or become Wyndham Rewards Members. The Wyndham Rewards Program is free to join. To join, visit www.wyndhamrewards.com or call Member Services at the applicable number provided in Section I(2) of the Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.
On or about February 1 of each calendar year, each Member who is a newly qualified Entity Principal or Managed Principal will receive an Invitation. Each Member who becomes a qualified Entity Principal or Managed Principal after the Program’s initial determination date will receive an Invitation within approximately 60 days after Sponsor’s verification of the applicable Participating Hotel as a Qualified Participating Hotel (and, in the case of a newly verified managed Qualified Participating Hotel, Sponsor’s receipt of the applicable owner entity’s email identifying the Managed Principal in accordance with these Titanium Terms). The Invitation will include a Titanium Level Claim Form and instructions on how the Entity Principal or Managed Principal can redeem his/her Titanium Level membership or grant it to another Member (any such Member, a “Principal Friend”). In all cases, the Entity Principal or Managed Principal who received the Invitation must complete and return the Titanium Level Claim Form by December 1 of the calendar year in which it was received, pursuant to the instructions included therewith. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Titanium Terms, each Participating Hotel of a Titanium Eligible Hotel Chain that opens on or after the immediately preceding Eligibility Date will be considered a Qualified Participating Hotel until the next Eligibility Date and its Entity Principal or Managed Principal will receive an Invitation within 30 days after the Qualified Participating Hotel’s Opening Date and, in the case of a newly opened managed Qualified Participating Hotel, Sponsor’s receipt of the applicable owner entity’s email identifying the Managed Principal in accordance with these Titanium Terms . Each Entity Principal, Managed Principal or Principal Friend (as applicable) will obtain Titanium Level within 30 days after Sponsor’s receipt and verification of the completed Titanium Level Claim Form.
B. Renewing Titanium Level
In the case of franchised hotels, on or about February 1 of each calendar year, each individual who continues to qualify as an Entity Principal will receive one renewal notification (the “Renewal Notification”) per Qualified Participating Hotel, which Renewal Notification will include a Titanium Level Claim Form. No action is required for any Entity Principal wishing to maintain a pre-existing Titanium Level membership. Any Entity Principal who wishes to grant Titanium Level membership to a new Principal Friend must complete and return the Titanium Level Claim Form by December 1 of the calendar year in which such form is received, pursuant to the instructions included with the Renewal Notification. Any such new Principal Friend will obtain Titanium Level within 30 days after Sponsor’s receipt and verification of the completed Titanium Level Claim Form and the Titanium membership previously associated with the applicable Qualified Participating Hotel will expire in accordance with Section IV below. For clarity: (a) an individual who is the Entity Principal of multiple Qualified Participating Hotels will receive one (1) Titanium Level Claim Form annually for each of his or her Qualified Participating Hotels; and (b) each such Entity Principal is only eligible to personally claim one (1) Titanium Level, but has the option to give the remaining Titanium Level(s) to a Principal Friend or Friends (as applicable) by completing the remaining Titanium Level Claim Form(s) on their behalf in accordance with its instructions.
On or about February 1 of each calendar year,each owner entity of one or more managed hotel(s) that continue to be Qualified Participating Hotel(s) (for purposes of this paragraph, “Continuing QPHs”) will receive a managed renewal notification asking such owner entity to, in respect of each such Continuing QPH: confirm renewal of the prior Titanium membership, name a replacement Managed Principal and/or indicate that the prior Managed Principal will remain Managed Principal, but wishes to change the recipient of the Titanium Level associated with such Continuing QPH for the current year. Any Managed Principal identified by an owner entity as new or wishing to change the recipient of the Titanimum Level associated with such Managed Principal’s Continuing QPH for the current year will receive an Invitation and Titanium Level Claim Form, to be completed (on their own behalf or on behalf of a Principal Friend) and returned by December 1 of the calendar year in which it was received. New Managed Prinicpal(s) or Principal Friend(s) will obtain Titanium Level within 30 days after Sponsor’s receipt and verification of such completed Titanium Level Claim Form(s) and the Titanium membership(s) previously associated with the applicable Qualified Participating Hotel(s) will expire in accordance with Section IV below.
Sponsor Friends will receive a Titanium Level Claim Form at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Titanium Level will become effective for the applicable Eligible Party within 30 days after Sponsor’s receipt and verification of the applicable completed Titanium Level Claim Form in accordance with its instructions.
IV. Expiration of Titanium Level
Sponsor will expire Titanium Level of Eligible Parties annually on January 31.
Upon expiration of a Member’s Titanium Level such Member will be downgraded to the next Member Level then available to such Member under the Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. A Titanium Level Member can re-qualify for their Titanium Member Level annually in accordance with Section III of these Titanium Terms.
V. Titanium Level Benefits
In addition to receiving the Member Level Benefits available to Blue, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Level Members described in the Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (other than the Platinum Bonus and Diamond Bonus), each Titanium Level Member will receive an annual Wyndham Rewards points bonus of 30,000 Wyndham Rewards points (collectively, “Titanium Level Point Bonuses”, and each individually, a “Titanium Level Point Bonus”), as more particularly described below, and the option to join the Avis President’s Club (membership to Avis President’s Club includes Avis Car Rental upgrades at participating locations in the U.S. and Canada). Any Member whose Titanium Level is in effect as of January 1 of any year will receive the Titanium Level Point Bonus by February 1 of such year; provided, however that no Titanium Level Point Bonus will be awarded to any Member (i) whose account has been suspended for any reason, including, without limitation, fraud, as of the date the Titanium Level Point Bonus would otherwise have been awarded or (ii) who has been replaced as the Entity Principal or Managed Principal of a Qualified Participating Hotel yet still maintains their status as a Titanium Member Level as of January 1.
Wyndham Rewards points awarded via Titanium Level Point Bonuses: (a) have the same value as all other Wyndham Rewards points earned by completing Qualified Stays at Participating Hotels; (b) are redeemable for all options outlined in the Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions; and (c) are otherwise subject to all Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions applicable to all other Wyndham Rewards points earned in accordance with the Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, including without limitation, those relating to expiration.
Titanium Level Members who have elected to earn Travel Partner Currency as their base earning currency will still be eligible to receive Titanium Level Point Bonuses in accordance with this Section V of these Titanium Terms.
