Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms. To save 15% - 30% or more off the Standard Rate (as defined below) at participating hotels located in the United States and Canada (the “Cyber Week Offer”), during the period that begins on November 20, 2025 and runs through and includes December 5, 2025 (the “Booking Period”), book the Wyndham Rewards Rate on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), in accordance with these Offer Terms and complete such stay by May 29, 2026.

For clarity, any stay that is booked outside of the Booking Period, begun prior to November 20, 2025 or completed after May 29, 2026, will not qualify for the Cyber Week Offer.

Exact discount level (15% or more, 20% or more, 25% or more or 30% or more off the participating hotel’s Standard Rate) depends on length of stay. Subject to all Offer Terms:

• stays of one (1) night that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive a discount of 15% or more off the participating hotel’s Standard Rate;
• stays of two (2) consecutive nights that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive 20% or more off the participating hotel’s Standard Rate;
• stays of three (3) or more consecutive nights that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive 25% or more off the participating hotel’s Standard Rate; and
• stays of four (4) or more consecutive nights that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive 30% or more off the participating hotel’s Standard Rate.

For clarity, certain participating hotels may offer all four discounts, as described above, while some may only offer 15% or more off a one-night stay, 20% or more off a stay of 2 consecutive nights and 25% or more off a stay of 3 or more consecutive nights. Exact discount will be displayed at time of booking.

ADDITIONALLY, CERTAIN HOTELS IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA THAT OFFER THE WYNDHAM REWARDS RATE ARE NOT PARTICIPATING IN THIS OFFER. HOTELS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATESAND CANADA THAT OFFER THE WYNDHAM REWARDS RATE ARE NOT PARTICIPATING IN THIS OFFER AND AT SUCH HOTELS, THE STANDARD WYNDHAM REWRDS RATE DISCOUNT WILL APPLY DURING THE BOOKING PERIOD.

“Standard Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the brand sites for the hotel, date and accommodation requested.

“Direct Booking Channel” means: (i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains; (ii) via the official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains by requesting the Cyber Week Offer; (iii) onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property by requesting the Cyber Week Offer; or (iv) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Cancel before 4 PM the day prior to scheduled check-in to avoid a one (1) night charge plus applicable taxes at most properties; some properties may require more advance notice. Contact individual hotel directly to confirm its cancelation policy.

Blackout dates, room type exclusions and other restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to participating hotels located in the United States and Canada and is subject to availability at such hotels. It is possible that this rate will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a Cyber Week Offer reservation may result in an ineligibility to receive the advertised discount. The Cyber Week Offer and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.

U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be automatically enrolled in the Wyndham Rewards Program upon completion of a reservation; to void enrollment, call Wyndham Rewards member services at 1-866-996-7937. Non-U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be provided an option to enroll in the Wyndham Rewards Program at time of reservation.  Enrollment is required to receive the advertised discount.

Tax is additional, and rates may not be combined with any other offer or discount other than applicable registration-based, bonus point promotions. Further, and for clarity, rates do not include resort/service fees, incidentals or gratuities or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed.

These terms and conditions (“Pay Over Time Terms”) govern the use of loan services provided through Flex Pay, Inc. (“Flex Pay”) in connection with bookings made on Wyndham Hotel Group, LLC direct booking channels (“Flex Pay Loan Services”). Wyndham Hotel Group, LLC is not the provider or servicer of such loans and expressly disclaims any and all liability arising in connection with Flex Pay.

As more particularly set forth below, Flex Pay offers access to eligible residents of the United States and Canada (as determined by Flex Pay in its sole discretion) the opportunity to pay for Eligible Rates (as defined below) at participating hotels using Flex Pay in accordance with the Flex Pay Terms and any other terms and conditions agreed to by Flex Pay and such residents. Subject to the foregoing, Flex Pay is available for Eligible Rates (as defined below) booked on any website or call center that is owned, operated and/or managed by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to:

• residents of the U.S. in connection with their payment of Eligible Rates at participating hotels in the 50 United States and certain participating hotels in Latin America and the Caribbean; and
• residents of Canada in connection with their payment of Eligible Rates at participating hotels in Canada.

“Eligible Rates” mean, collectively, the following rates: Standard Rate, Hotel Special Rate, Member Rate, Package Rate, Prepaid Rate, and Standard Promotional Rate (each as defined below). For purposes of these Pay Over Time Terms:

• “Standard Rate” means the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on any website or call center that is owned, operated and/or managed by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and/or the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts app (each, a “Direct Channel”) for the property, date and accommodations requested;
• “Hotel Special Rate” means any publicly available, discounted rate offered on any Direct Channel by an individual participating hotel, which rate is not part of a sale in which other Wyndham Hotels & Resorts hotels may participate, and for which Wyndham Rewards Program membership is not required;
• “Member Rate” means that certain rate which offers Wyndham Rewards members a discount off the published Standard Rate, Standard Promotional Rate or Hotel Special Rate at participating hotels; provided, however, that notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Pay Over Time Terms, the Wyndham Rewards Earner® Cardmember Discount (as defined in the Member Rate Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed an Eligible Rate.
• “Package Rate” means any publicly available rate that includes one or more amenities offered by a participating hotel on any Direct Channel, which rate is not part of a sale in which other Wyndham Hotels & Resorts hotels may participate, and for which Wyndham Rewards Program membership is not required;
• “Prepaid Rate” means any rate available on any Direct Channel that is advertised as “Pay Now & Save, Non-Cancelable” or otherwise requires 100% pre-payment at time of booking or within 24 hours of booking; and
• “Standard Promotional Rate” means any publicly available, discounted rate offered on any Direct Channel for a limited period of time by a participating hotel as part of a sale in which other Wyndham Hotels & Resorts hotels may also participate and for which Wyndham Rewards Program membership is not required.
  

Hotels operating under a franchise or management agreement with Wyndham Hotel Group, LLC, Wyndham Hotel Management, Inc. or any of their respective affiliates are not required to participate with Flex Pay, and such services are only offered in connection with Eligible Rates at hotels that have elected to participate at the applicable time. Accordingly, Flex Pay is subject to availability, which may be limited.  For the avoidance of doubt, Flex Pay is not available for stays booked at the Member Rate’s Cardmember Discount.

Any loan provided as part of Flex Pay will apply only to the amount of the Eligible Rate for the applicable stay, including taxes. Any incidental charges, resort/service fees, gratuities, and/or other supplemental charges or fees payable in connection with your reservation (collectively, “Additional Charges”) will be excluded from such loan. A credit card will be required at check-in to cover all Additional Charges.
