Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms. To save 10%, 15% or 20% off the Standard Rate (as defined below) at participating hotels located in the United States and Canada (the “Wyndham Rewards Rate Offer”), during the period that begins on May 7, 2025 and runs through and includes July 7, 2025 (the “Booking Period”), book the Wyndham Rewards Rate on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), in accordance with these Offer Terms and complete such stay by September 30, 2025.

For clarity, any stay that is booked outside of the Booking Period, begun prior to May 7, 2025 or completed after September 30, 2025, will not qualify for the Wyndham Rewards Rate Offer.

Exact discount level (10%, 15% or 20% off the participating hotel’s Standard Rate) depends on length of stay. Subject to all Offer Terms:

• stays of one (1) night that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive a discount of 10% off the participating hotel’s Standard Rate;
• stays of two (2) consecutive nights that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive 15% off the participating hotel’s Standard Rate; and
• stays of three (3) or more consecutive nights that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive 20% off the participating hotel’s Standard Rate.

FOR CLARITY, CERTAIN HOTELS IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA THAT OFFER THE WYNDHAM REWARDS RATE ARE NOT PARTICIPATING IN THIS OFFER. RATE DISCOUNT WILL APPLY DURING THE OFFER PERIOD.

“Standard Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the brand sites for the hotel, date and accommodation requested.

“Direct Booking Channel” means: (i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains; (ii) via the official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains by requesting the Wyndham Rewards Rate Offer; (iii) onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property by requesting the Wyndham Rewards Rate Offer; or (iv) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Cancel before 4 PM the day prior to scheduled check-in to avoid a one (1) night charge plus applicable taxes at most properties; some properties may require more advance notice. Contact individual hotel directly to confirm its cancelation policy.

Blackout dates, room type exclusions and other restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to participating hotels located in the United States and Canada and is subject to availability at such hotels. It is possible that this rate will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a Wyndham Rewards Rate Offer reservation may result in an ineligibility to receive the advertised discount. The Wyndham Rewards Rate Offer and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.

U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be automatically enrolled in the Wyndham Rewards Program upon completion of a reservation; to void enrollment, call Wyndham Rewards member services at 1-866-996-7937. Non-U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be provided an option to enroll in the Wyndham Rewards Program at time of reservation.  Enrollment is required to receive the advertised discount.

Tax is additional, and rates may not be combined with any other offer or discount other than applicable registration-based, bonus point promotions. Further, and for clarity, rates do not include resort/service fees, incidentals or gratuities or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed.

By using the Wyndham Travel Bundle platform which platform is operated by a third party, Snowstorm Technologies (UK) Limited under agreement with a subsidiary of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (the “Platform”) to make a reservation, you accept and agree to the Terms of Use of Snowstorm Technologies (UK) Limited and the respective  cancellation policies of all applicable travel providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, cruise lines, car rental agencies, transfer and activity operators, etc.)(collectively, “Travel Providers”). 

All content, information and inventory contained within or available through the Platform are provided to you on an "as is," basis. Wyndham Hotels & Resorts makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, inventory or materials included on the Platform. To the fullest extent permissible, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts disclaims all representations and warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or satisfactory workmanlike effort, informational content, title, or non-infringement of the rights of third parties.  Without limiting the foregoing, no warranty or guarantee is made that (i) a user will receive the lowest available price for goods and/or services available through the Platform or (ii) regarding the availability of products and/or services through the Platform.

To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc., including, without limitation, its officers, directors, employees, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, licensors, agents or others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting, or otherwise making available the Platform and its contents (collectively the "Released Parties"), be liable to any person or entity for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, compensatory, consequential, or punitive damages or any damages whatsoever.

Travel Providers are independent contractors and not agents or employees of the Released Parties. To the extent permitted by law, the Released Parties do not assume liability or for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay due to an act or omission of a Travel Provider and do not accept responsibility for any damage and/or delay.

You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by any Travel Provider, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due, and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions governing use of the Travel Provider's products and services. You understand that any violation of any such Travel Provider's conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservation(s) or purchase(s), in your being denied access to any flights, cruises, hotels, automobiles or other products or services and/or, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s) or purchase(s).  You will be solely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your use of the Platform.

You agree that the Released Parties will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, which arises out of or is in any way connected with the performance or non-performance of any Travel Provider.

For every qualifying stay at most participating hotels, you’ll earn 10 points per dollar or 1,000 points—whichever is more. At WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham hotels, you’ll earn 5 points per dollar for every qualifying stay in a furnished suite. At most properties where points can be earned, they are earned for dollars spent on the room rate only. Without limitation, points are not earned on Free Night stays. Points earning for dollars spent on qualifying flights, cruises and car rentals applies to base airfare/rate only, excluding taxes, fees, and other incidentals. Earning ratios for car rentals when booked through the Wyndham Travel Bundles website vary from those in effect for the booking of such component elsewhere.
