*Vienna House Launch Offer Wyndham Rewards Bonus Points Terms & Conditions:

Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for this bonus points offer (“Offer”), a Wyndham Rewards Member must have elected to receive either Wyndham Rewards points or Lufthansa Miles & More miles in their member profile and:

(i) first register for the Offer by completing the registration process on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of any participating Hotel Chain, or through the “My Promotions” section of his/her/their Wyndham Rewards Member account on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards or the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App, in each case, between May 12, 2023 and July 31, 2023 (any Member who registers in accordance with the foregoing requirements will occassionally be referred to in these Offer Terms as a “Registered Member”); then

(ii) after registering but prior to July 31, 2023, book a Qualified Stay at a Vienna House by Wyndham hotel on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), and complete such stay by September 2, 2023 (the requirements set forth in this clause (ii), collectively, the “Booking & Stay Requirements”).

For purposes of these Offer Terms, “Direct Booking Channel” means:

(a) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains;

(b) the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains;

(c) onsite at a participating Vienna House by Wyndham hotel, directly with such property; or

(d) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

A Registered Member  who books and completes a Qualified Stay in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements will receive 5X the amount of Base Points (in the case of points earners) or 5X the amount of miles (in the case of Lufthansa Miles & More miles earners) such Member would have earned for such stay, absent this Offer, pursuant to the Program Terms .The additional points earned by a Registered Member pursuant to these Offer Terms, a “Points Bonus”, the additional Miles & More miles earned by a Registered Member pursuant to these Offer Terms, a “Miles Bonus” and each of a Points Bonus and a Miles Bonus, occassionally hereinafter, a “Bonus”).

Points Bonus Example: A Qualified Stay of one (1) night that is booked and completed by a Registered Member in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements that would, under the Program Terms, earn 1,000 Base Points would, pursuant to this Offer, earn a total of 5,000 points (5 X 1,000 = 5,000, with 1,000 of such points denominated as Base Points, and the remaining 4,000 points denominated as the Points Bonus).

Miles Bonus example: A Qualified Stay of one (1) night that is booked and completed by a Registered Member in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements that would, under the Program Terms, earn 1,000 Miles & More miles would, pursuant to this Offer, earn a total of 5,000 Miles & More miles (5 X 1,000 = 5,000, with 1,000 of such miles denominated as base miles, and the remainig 4,000 miles denominated as the Miles Bonus).

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, there is a limit of two (2) Points Bonuses or two (2) Miles Bonuses per Registered Member, regardless of how many stays such Member books and completes in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements. For clarityany Registered Member who consumes two (2) or more Qualified Stays in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements will receive the same category of Bonus for each of the first two (2) such stays to be processed (i.e., a Member cannot receive both a Points Bonus and a Miles Bonus hereunder).   Any Registered Member who becomes a Miles & More member after May 12, 2023 but receives a Point Bonus can contact Member Services at at 800-367-87477 to have such Bonus revoked and reissued as a Miles Bonus. Any Registered Member who books and completes more than two (2) stays in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements will earn the Bonus for the first two (2) such stays to be processed after such Member registers for this Offer.

For clarity, a Member will not receive a Bonus for a no-show. Qualified Stays are subject to certain restrictions and do not include third party online bookings; see the Program Terms for more information about Qualified Stays. A Points Bonus will usually be posted to an eligible Member’s Member account within two to four weeks and a Miles Bonus will usually be posted to an eligible Member’s Member account within six to eight weeks, in each case, following the completion of the applicable stay. For clarity, any stay that (a) is booked or consumed (in whole or in part) prior to registration for this Offer, (b) begins before May 12, 2023 and/or (c) ends after September 2, 2023, will not be counted towards this Offer. Members who have elected to earn airline miles from any airline company other than the Miles & More loyalty program of Lufthansa in their Member profile are not eligible for this bonus points Offer.

Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify this Offer without notice. Except as specifically modified herein, this Offer is subject to full Program Terms in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void where prohibited.
