Terms and Conditions – Bridal Couple
* To qualify for the Weddings Promotion Offer (”Offer”), a contract (“Contract”) for a wedding reception and/or wedding room block (“Event”) must be signed between September 1 and March 31, 2018 for arrivals prior to December 31, 2018 at any participating Wyndham Hotels and Resorts®, Wyndham Grand® and Dolce Hotels and Resorts® properties in the U.S. and the Caribbean. Offer must be referenced at start of negotiation of Contract, and is limited to a maximum of 60,000 Bonus points.
An Individual who is part of a wedding couple booking a wedding reception or room block (“Planner”; further defined below) must be a Wyndham Rewards Member in order to participate in this Offer. Individuals who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be provided an option to enroll in the Wyndham Rewards Program prior to signing Contract.
Planner will receive an upgrade to the best available guest room the night of the Event, including a Newlywed amenity (approximate retail value $75.00) and a toast at the wedding reception (if applicable). Wyndham Rewards Bonus Points will be awarded based on the Package Tier booked at time Contract is signed:
Spend $5,000-$7,500– Receive 15,000 Wyndham Reward Bonus Points
Spend $7,501-$15,000 – Receive 30,000 Wyndham Reward Bonus Points
Spend $15,001 and $25,000 – Receive 45,000 Wyndham Reward Bonus Points
Spend $25,001 and up – Receive 60,000 Wyndham Reward Bonus Points
For purposes of these terms and conditions, "Planner" means any individual Wyndham Rewards Member who (a) on behalf of him/herself, books an Event; and (b) is identified as the "Planner" of such Event in the Contract in accordance with these terms and conditions.
