Meet the Chef

Chef Jeremy Martindale’s extensive resume includes famed eateries from the balmy British Virgin Islands to the winter wonderland of Colorado. During his travels, he has become adept at integrating worldly sophistication with the best of local fare.  

 

In 1997, Chef Jeremy found a home as Executive Chef at the stunning Little Dix Bay Resort located in the British Virgin Islands. While there, he received many notable awards including HOTELS Magazine’s “1998 Great Hotel Restaurants of the World.” His next stop was Broomfield, Colorado where he led the team at the famed Omni Interlocken Hotel, a Mobil Four Star, AAA Four Diamond property. Four years into his tenure, Chef Jeremy was promoted to Corporate Task Force Chef for Omni Hotels. In 2008, he took the helm at the Omni New Haven property at Yale, where he won numerous awards including a highly prestigious dinner at the James Beard House in New York City. In late 2012, Chef Jeremy joined The Alexander, a Dolce by Wyndham as Executive Chef.
