Where can I access my Member card?

You can access your Member card at any time on the Wyndham Rewards app or call Member Services either by visiting the Contact Us section of this site or by calling us at 1-866-996-7937 to request a card.

Will I receive a Member card?

Members will not automatically receive Member cards/kits; however, Member kits are available upon request by calling Member Services either by visiting the Contact Us section of this site or by calling us at 1-866-996-7937. Please allow 6–8 weeks from the time of the request for delivery.

Don't forget, you can access your Member card any time via the Wyndham Rewards app.

What is a Qualifying Night?

A "Qualifying Night" is any of the following:

  • A paid, stayed night during a Qualified Stay at a Participating Property (so long as the Qualified Stay has an average daily rate of at least $25);
  • A paid, stayed Go Fast award night at any type of participating property;
  • A stayed Go Free award night at any type of participating property.

If I have multiple rooms reserved at a property that participates in Wyndham Rewards, is each room night eligible to be a Qualifying Night?

No, only the night(s) associated with the room/unit in which the booking Member stays are eligible to be Qualifying Night(s).

Will the nights I stayed at a Wyndham Rewards participating property prior to becoming a Member be applied toward my Wyndham Rewards Member Level upon my enrollment into the program?

No. Nights stayed at a Wyndham Rewards participating property prior to Program membership do not count toward your Wyndham Rewards Member Level

Do nights that I book through online travel agencies (like Expedia) count toward unlocking Member Levels?

No. No. All third-party website or on-line bookings (i.e., all website and on-line bookings made on websites, apps or digital platforms, as well as any bookings made by telephone with any such third-party, in each case, other than those described in the Program Terms & Conditions are not Qualifying Nights. Please be sure to book on WyndhamRewards.com to help ensure your stayed nights are considered Qualifying Nights and count toward unlocking your next Member Level.

How can I tell what Member Level I have qualified for?

You can see your Member Level by signing in to your account and visiting the My Account page. You can also view your Member Level in our convenient Wyndham Rewards app.

I think that I am missing some Qualifying Nights. How do I get credit for those?

Please contact our Member Services team either by visiting the Contact Us section of this site or by calling us at 1-866-996-7937 to inquire about any nights you believe should have been credited as Qualifying Nights.

How do I ensure I maintain my Member Level?

The primary way to obtain a Member Level or unlock the next Member Level is to complete the required number of Qualifying Nights as outlined below:

With limited exceptions, a Member Level is typically scheduled to expire at the end of the calendar year following the calendar year in which it was obtained. You can extend the term of your Member Level or even unlock a higher Member Level by continuing to complete Qualifying Nights. What is "Go Free PLUS"? 

BLUE, GOLD, and PLATINUM Members:

When you book a Go Free award night in a Participating City, you will receive a promotional gift code, which will provide a discount on a local attraction. (We refer to this code as the "Go Free PLUS" award or discount.) The value of the Go Free PLUS discount will vary based on your Member Level:

  • BLUE: $5 Value
  • GOLD: $10 Value
  • PLATINUM: $10 Value

DIAMOND Members: When you book and complete a Go Free award night in a Participating City, you will receive 2 complimentary passes to a unique, local experience in the Participating City, chosen especially for you by Wyndham Rewards.

Go Free PLUS promotional gift codes and passes do expire, so be sure to book in advance and use them during your stay. To learn more about Participating Cities, attractions, and experiences, please click here. 

Go Free PLUS benefits are subject to additional restrictions; for more information, click here and refer to sections IV(C)(1)(e) & (f).

What is "Go Fast PLUS"?

When you book a Go Fast award night in a Participating City, you will receive a promotional gift code, which will provide a discount on a local attraction. (This code is what we refer to as the "Go Fast PLUS" award or discount.) The value of the discount will vary based on your Member Level:

  • BLUE: $5 Value
  • GOLD: $5 Value
  • PLATINUM: $5 Value
  • DIAMOND: $10 Value

What is DIAMOND Go Free PLUS?

Go Free PLUS and Go Fast PLUS awards provided in connection with stays at Participating Hotels and Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties: If you book your award night more than 7 days in advance, you will receive an email containing your promotional gift code promotional gift code or a description of your Go Free PLUS experience (as applicable) up to 7 days prior to your arrival date

If you book your award night less than 7 days in advance, you will receive this email on the same day the booking is made.

Go Free PLUS and Go Fast PLUS awards provided in connection with stays at participating vacation club resorts and vacation rentals: You will receive an email containing your promotional gift code or a description of your experience (as applicable) after booking the award night.

You must have a valid email address on file to receive your notification e-mail If you do not receive an e-mail containing your promotional gift code or description of your Go Free PLUS experience (as applicable), please contact Member Services.

How do I redeem my Go Free PLUS promotional gift code/Go Fast PLUS promotional gift code/Go Free PLUS passes?

You will receive an e-mail containing your Go Free PLUS promotional gift code, Go Fast PLUS promotional gift code, or a description of your Go Free PLUS experience, as applicable.

Any such e-mail containing a promotional gift code will also contain a description of sample attractions where the discount can be used, and instructions on how to choose and reserve your desired attraction. Any such e-mail containing information about a particular Go Free PLUS experience that has been selected for a DIAMOND Level Member will instruct the Member to call the DIAMOND Concierge to book that experience.

Please be sure to check your spam folder to ensure you receive promotional gift codes in time for your stay. If you do not receive it, please contact Member Services either by visiting the Contact Us on this site or by calling us at 1-866-996-7937. In all cases, you must have a valid email address on file.

What if I want to use my Go Free PLUS promotional gift code or Go Fast PLUS promotional gift code for an attraction that is not available?

Go Free PLUS promotional gift codes and Go Fast PLUS promotional gift codes are usable in connection with a variety of exciting options, but each particular option is subject to availability. If the attraction you are looking for is not available, you may apply your gift code to another one that is.

What if the DIAMOND Level Go Free PLUS experience described in my notification e-mail is not available by the time I call the DIAMOND Concierge to book it?

If the DIAMOND Level Go Free PLUS experience described in your notification e-mail is not available by the time you call the DIAMOND Concierge to book it, an alternative experience of similar value will be offered. Alternatively, you can choose to accept a $10 Go Free PLUS promotional gift code instead. Click here for more information on the receipt and use of Go Free PLUS experiences.

How many Go Free PLUS promotional gift codes/Go Fast PLUS promotional gift codes/Go Free PLUS passes can I receive?

BLUE, GOLD, and PLATINUM Members will receive one Go Free PLUS promotional gift code for each Go Free award night booked in a Participating City and one Go Fast PLUS promotional gift code for each Go Fast award night booked in a Participating City.

DIAMOND Members will receive two complimentary passes for a Go Free PLUS experience (selected by Wyndham Rewards) for each Go Free award night booked in a Participating City. DIAMOND Level members will receive one Go Fast PLUS promotional gift code for each Go Fast award night booked in a Participating City.

Subject to the above, there is no limit to the total number of Go Free PLUS promotional gift codes, Go Fast PLUS promotional gift codes, or Go Free PLUS passes a Member is eligible to receive. Gift codes cannot be combined. All gift codes and passes are subject to the terms and conditions of Viator, Inc. .

Can I combine my Go Free PLUS promotional gift codes with each other or with Go Fast PLUS promotional gift codes?

No. Go Free PLUS promotional gift codes cannot be combined with each other or with Go Fast PLUS promotional gift codes, nor can Go Fast PLUS promotional gift codes be combined with each other. All gift codes are subject to the terms and conditions of Viator, Inc.

Will I still receive my Go Free PLUS promotional gift code/Go Fast PLUS promotional gift code/Go Free PLUS passes if I cancel my award night reservation?

No, if you cancel your award night reservation you will not receive the applicable PLUS benefit.

How do I cancel a Go Free PLUS attraction/Go Fast PLUS attraction/Go Free PLUS experience I previously booked?

All Viator attractions booked by redeeming a Go Free PLUS or Go Fast PLUS gift code must be cancelled via Viator.com. For more information on cancelations, please visit Viator.com.

Any DIAMOND Level Member seeking to cancel a previously booked Go Free PLUS experience for a Viator experience must call the DIAMOND Concierge.

What do I do if I have to cancel my Go Free award night after I've booked a DIAMOND Level Go Free PLUS experience?

If you book a Go Free PLUS experience with the DIAMOND Concierge, the experience will automatically be canceled when the Go Free award night is canceled.

What happens if I lose my Go Free PLUS promotional gift code or Go Fast PLUS promotional gift code or can't find it?

Gift codes will not be replaced if lost. If you never received your gift code, please contact Member Services.

Are on-property perks (such as early check-in) available at all properties that participate in the Wyndham Rewards program?

No. On-property perks are offered only at Participating Hotel Chains. For a list of Participating Hotel Chains, click here.

What is a preferred room?

A preferred room is the room that you prefer, so long as it's of the same room type category as the one you reserved. Examples may include a recently renovated room, a more spacious room, or a room with a desired view or location. Preferred rooms are subject to availability, and are determined by the Participating Hotel at check-in.

To the extent available, preferred rooms are offered upon request at Participating Hotels for Qualified Stays, Go Free Award nights, and Go Fast Award nights. Click here for more information and restrictions regarding preferred rooms.

Is there a deadline for requesting a late checkout?

GOLD, PLATINUM, and DIAMOND Level Members can request a late checkout at any point during their Qualified Stay, Go Free Award stay, or Go Fast Award stay at Participating Hotels; however, the request must occur before the hotel's standard checkout time.

Requested checkout time is not to exceed two hours after the hotel's standard checkout time. Click here for more information and restrictions regarding late checkout.

How early can I check in when using my early check-in perk?

Upon request, PLATINUM and DIAMOND Level Members can check in early up to two hours prior to the applicable Participating Hotel's standard check-in time, subject to availability. (However, if available, a Participating Hotel may offer an earlier check-in.)

This early check-in benefit is for Qualified Stays, Go Free Award stays, and Go Fast Award stays at Participating Hotels. Click here for more information and restrictions regarding early check-in.

Will Platinum and Diamond Members still receive their point bonus in January 2020?

No. The point bonus perk has been replaced with Accelerated Earning.

What are Accelerated Earning Points?

All Members who elect to earn Wyndham Rewards points do so for their Qualified Stays (and certain types of Go Fast award stays), at a rate of 10 points per dollar spent on the room rate; such points are sometimes referred to as “Base Points.” In addition to earning Base Points for Qualified Stays, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Members can receive Accelerated Earning Points on such stays; these are calculated as a percentage of the number of Base Points earned for the stay.  The percentage applied to determine Accelerated Earning Points varies based on Member Level, as set forth below:

  • Gold Level Members: 10% of Base Points
  • Platinum Level Members: 15% of Base Points
  • Diamond Level Members: 20% of Base Points

If I elected to earn Travel Partner Currency instead of Wyndham Rewards points, will I still earn Accelerated Earning Points on Qualified Stays?

No. If you elected to earn Travel Partner Currency instead of Wyndham Rewards points, you will not earn Accelerated Earning Points on Qualified Stays regardless of your Member Level.

Will I earn Accelerated Earning Points on any of the various forms of Go Fast Awards?

No. Regardless of your Member Level, you will not earn Accelerated Earning Points on any type of Go Fast award.

How do I Give GOLD?

DIAMOND Level Members can give GOLD Level to a friend by calling Member Services and providing them with their friend's name and Member number.

Limit one gift of GOLD Level per calendar year.
