¹Earn 3X Wyndham Rewards Bonus Points Terms & Conditions: Greater China only

Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for this bonus points offer (“Offer”), a Wyndham Rewards Member must:

(i)     first register for the Offer by completing the registration process on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of any participating Hotel Chain, or through the “My Promotions” section of their Wyndham Rewards Member account on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, or through the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App or through the offer page on the official Wyndham WeChat Mini Program, in each case, during the period that begins on June 3, 2025 and runs through and includes August 30, 2025 (any Member who registers in accordance with the foregoing requirements will occassionally be referred to in these Offer Terms as a “Registered Member”); then

(ii)    after registering but no later than August 30, 2025, book one or more Qualified Stays each of at least two (2) consecutive nights at a Participating Hotel in China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), and complete such stay(s) by September 3, 2025 (the requirements set forth in this clause (ii), collectively, the “Booking & Stay Requirements”).

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, Offer not valid at Super 8 by Wyndham hotels in Mainland China.

For purposes of these Offer Terms, “Direct Booking Channel” means:

(a) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains;

(b) the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains;

(c) onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property;

(d) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App; or

(e) the official Wyndham WeChat Mini Program.

Except as otherwise set forth below with respect to Members who have elected to earn Travel Partner Currency rather than Wyndham Rewards points (“Miles Earners”), a Registered Member who books and completes one or more Qualified Stays each of two (2) or more consecutive nights in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements, will receive 3X the amount of Base Points for each such stay that such Member would have earned for such stay(s), absent this Offer, pursuant to the Program Terms (the additional points earned by a Registered Member pursuant to these Offer Terms, a “Bonus”). For example, a Qualified Stay of two (2) consecutive nights that is booked and completed by a Registered Member in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements that would, under the Program Terms, earn 2,000 Base Points would, pursuant to this Offer, earn a total of 6,000 points (3 X 2000 = 6,000, with 2,000 of such points denominated as Base Points, and the remainig 4,000 points denominated as the Bonus).

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, a Member can earn a maximum of three (3) Bonuses even if they complete more than three (3) stays in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements. For clarity, a Member will not receive a Bonus for a no-show.

Qualified Stays are subject to certain restrictions and do not include third party online bookings; see the Program Terms for more information about Qualified Stays. A Bonus will usually be posted to an eligible Member’s Member account within six to eight weeks following the completion of the applicable stay. For clarity, any stay that (a) is booked or consumed (in whole or in part) prior to registration for this Offer, (b) begins before June 3, 2025 and/or (c) ends after September 3, 2025, will not be counted towards this Offer. Stays at Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties, vacation club resorts and vacation rentals, are not eligible for this Offer. Free Nights and Discounted Nights with Points + Cash are also not eligible for this Offer. Members who have elected to earn airline miles in their Member profile will earn base miles in accordance with the Program Terms and the Bonus in the form of Wyndham Rewards points. Such Bonus will be in an amount equal to 2X the number of base miles (or other applicable Travel Partner Currency).

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Program Terms, Members who have any questions as to (i) their qualifications for participating in this Offer, (ii) whether their participation meets the standards for earning points or rewards for this Offer, or (iii) the actual amount of points or rewards received, must raise such questions by or on November 2, 2025 (the “Objection Deadline”). Wyndham Rewards, Inc. will only review, and, if applicable, adjust the Member’s aforementioned qualifications, points information, etc., prior to or on the Objection Deadline. After the Objection Deadline has passed, Members shall bear full responsibility for any losses caused by failing to raise objections by the Objection Deadline and Wyndham Rewards, Inc. shall have no liability to the Members in connection with this Offer.

For the avoidance of doubt, Wyndham Rewards^® Business accounts are not eligible for this Offer.

Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify this Offer without notice. Except as specifically modified herein, this Offer is subject to full Program Terms in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void outside of China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and where prohibited.

²More Information About Free Nights & Discounted Nights with Points + Cash:

Free Nights at participating hotels require redemption of between 7,500 and 30,000 points; at participating vacation club resorts and vacation rentals, redemption of between 15,000 and 30,000 points per bedroom is required. At hotels, Free Nights will apply to standard bedroom. Discounted Night with Points + Cash at participating hotels require redemption of between 1,500 and 6,000 points, plus a cash payment; at participating vacation club resorts and vacation rentals, redemption of between 3,000 and 6,000 points per bedroom, plus a cash payment, are required. Free Nights and Discounted Nights with Points + Cash are subject to availability and member must have enough points for all bedrooms in desired accommodation to book a Free Night or Discounted Night with Points + Cash. Per night resort fee payable for all nights at Caesars Entertainment and Caesars Entertainment/Trademark Collection® by Wyndham co-branded properties, including Free Nights and Discounted Nights with Points + Cash. Points cannot be used to pay resort fees. Cancellation policies vary by property. Blackout dates/rates, minimum length of stay requirements, and other restrictions apply. Most properties: applies to standard room rate only (Free Night: including taxes; Discounted Night with Points + Cash: excluding taxes). Not all Wyndham Rewards properties offer Discounted Nights with Points + Cash. Amount of cash required will vary by property.
