Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for a discount of 10%, 15% or 20% off of the Best Available Rate (as defined below) at a participating hotel in the United States or Canada (the “Fall Break Sale”), a Wyndham Rewards Member must:
(a) between October 4, 2021 and October 11, 2021 (the “Booking Period”), on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), book a Qualified Stay that meets the applicable length of stay minimum described below. For purposes of these Offer Terms, “Direct Booking Channel” means: (i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains, (ii) the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains by requesting the Fall Break Sale; (iii) onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property by requesting the Fall Break Sale or (iv) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App; and
(b) complete such stay by October 31, 2021.
“Best Available Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the applicable brand site for the hotel, date and accommodation requested. For clarity, any stay that is booked outside of the Booking Period, begun prior to October 4, 2021 or completed after October 31, 2021, will not qualify for the Fall Break Sale.
Exact discount level (10%, 15% or 20% off of the participating hotel’s Best Available Rate) depends on length of stay. Subject to all Offer Terms:
· stays of one (1) night that are booked in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive a discount of 10% off of the participating hotel’s Best Available Rate;
· stays of two (2) consecutive nights that are booked in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive a discount of 15% off of the participating hotel’s Best Available Rate; and
· stays of three (3) or more consecutive nights that are booked in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive a discount of 20% off of the participating hotel’s Best Available Rate.
Savings are discounted from a participating hotel’s Best Available Rate, excluding taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. Reservations with this rate must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservations can be canceled in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy and can vary by hotel. Reservations canceled outside of cancellation policy and no-shows will be charged first night plus tax.
Blackout dates, room type exclusions and restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to participating hotels and is subject to availability at such hotels. It is possible that the Fall Break Sale will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the Fall Break Sale may result in an ineligibility to receive the Fall Break Sale discount. The Fall Break Sale and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.
Tax is additional, and rates may not be combined with any other offer or discount other than applicable registration-based, bonus point promotions.
U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be automatically enrolled in the Wyndham Rewards Program upon completion of reservation; to void enrollment, call Wyndham Rewards member services at 1-866-996-7937. Non-U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be provided an option to enroll in the Wyndham Rewards Program at time of reservation.
