Subject to these terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”), guests of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts can receive a complimentary premium experience (“Offer”) when they: (a) book a stay at a the Wyndham Alltra Cancun, All Inclusive Resort or Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen (“Qualifying Hotels”) on www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com, the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts app or via the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards, between October 5, 2021 and November 30, 2021, (b) begin such stay on or after December 1, 2021 and (c) complete such stay by January 18, 2022 (an “Offer Qualifying Stay”).  Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, stays booked in whole or in part with Wyndham Rewards points will not qualify for this Offer.

Each guest who books an Offer Qualifying Stay will have the opportunity to claim one of the following complimentary experiences during his/her/their stay: (a) use of a beach cabana for one (1) day of his/her/their Offer Qualifying Stay (maximum of four (4) people permitted); or (b) a 50-minute Swedish massage (each, a “Premium Experience”). In order to claim the desired Premium Experience, each guest must: (a) mention the Offer when checking in to his/her/their Offer Qualifying Stay; and, (b) once the representative of the Qualifying Hotel verifies that the guest is eligible for the Offer, such representative will direct the guest to the Qualifying Hotel’s concierge where he/she/they can book his/her/their Premium Experience. The guest must book his/her/their Premium Experience at least twenty -four (24) hours in advance of the day he/she/they desires to utilize such experience. For the sake of clarity, there is a limit of one (1) Premium Experience per room, per Offer Qualifying Stay, regardless of the number of people occupying such room(s). For the avoidance of doubt, a suite will be deemed a single room for purposes of this Offer.  Guests will not have the right to substitute their chosen Premium Experience for another experience or exchange it for cash. Qualifying Hotels may substitute a Premium Experience with another experience of equal or greater value at their sole discretion. The Premium Experience is subject to availability. 

New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

A reservation made in connection with this Offer must be cancelled in accordance with the terms and conditions of the reserved rate and individual Qualifying Hotel’s cancellation policy; reservations cancelled outside of the specified cancellation policy, as well as no-shows, will be charged first night plus tax.

Blackout dates, room type exclusions and other restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to Qualifying Hotels. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation originally made by a guest in accordance with these Offer Terms may result in an ineligibility to claim a Premium Experience. This Offer and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.
