As of September 15, 2026, we’ve expanded to four free night redemption tiers: 5,000, 15,000, 30,000, and 45,000 points per bedroom per night. This means free nights now start at 5,000 points (instead of 7,500) while a small number of our most elevated hotels are now in a new 45,000-point tier.

At the same time, hotels were redistributed across all tiers. While many stayed at their current tier, thousands moved—some to a lower tier, others to a higher one—with the vast majority spanning the 5,000-, 15,000-, and 30,000-point levels.

Why We Made Changes

•  Our program has evolved significantly since we first introduced three fixed redemption tiers.
• In that time, we’ve added hundreds of luxury, lifestyle, and all-inclusive hotels.
• These changes reflect that growth while staying true to what we know members value most.

What Hasn't Changed

• Our simple, fixed redemption structure with no dynamic pricing or increases based on seasonality.
• Thousands of free night options across our three lowest tiers: 5,000, 15,000, and 30,000.
• Our commitment to simplicity and getting the most out of your points.

To ensure your travel plans are not impacted, bookings made with points prior to September 15 will be honored at the rate they were booked. If a booking made prior to the update dropped in rate, the difference in points will be automatically returned.
