¹Extended Stay 15,000 Wyndham Rewards Bonus Points Terms & Conditions:

Capitalized terms used without definition in these promotion terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for the extended stay 15,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points (the “Extended Stay Bonus Offer”), a Wyndham Rewards Member must:

a)       first register for the Extended Stay Bonus Offer by completing the registration process on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or the official brand website of Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham or WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham, or through the “My Promotions” section of their Wyndham Rewards Member account on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards or the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App, in each case, during the period beginning at 12:00:01 am Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on April 16, 2026 and running through and including June 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 pm CDT (any Member who registers in accordance with the foregoing requirements will occasionally be referred to in these Offer Terms as a “Registered Member”); then

b)       after registering but no later than 11:59:59 PM CDT on June 30, 2026, book one (1) Qualified Stay of five (5) or more consecutive nights at a participating Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham hotel or WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham hotel located in the United States on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below); and complete their stay, as booked, by September 30, 2026.

“Direct Booking Channel” means: (a) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com, the official brand website of Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham or WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham or the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App; (b) the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards, Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham or WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham; (c) onsite at a participating Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham hotel or WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham hotel, directly with such property; or (d) a non-online travel agent (i.e., a traditional travel agent).

For clarity, any stay that has a check-in date prior to April 16, 2026, and/or a check-out date after September 30, 2026, will not be counted towards the Extended Stay Bonus Offer. Member must be a Wyndham Rewards Member in good standing to participate. A Wyndham Rewards Member who completes a stay pursuant to these Promotion Terms will receive 15,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points (the “Bonus”). Maximum of one (1) Bonus per Member, regardless of how many stays he or she completes at a participating hotel during the promotion period. A Member will not receive the Bonus for a no-show.

Offer availability limited to Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham and WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham hotels located in the United States. Members who have elected in their Member profile to earn airline miles or other Travel Partner Currency rather than Wyndham Rewards points and who book and stay using the Extended Stay Bonus Offer will receive their base earning in Travel Partner Currency with the Bonus denominated in 15,000 Wyndham Rewards points. The Bonus will usually be posted to a Member's account within two to four weeks after the activity through which they were earned. The Extended Stay Bonus Offer and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time.

Qualified Stays are subject to certain restrictions and do not include third party online bookings or free or discounted nights obtained with points; see the Program Terms for more information about Qualified Stays.

Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify this Extended Stay Bonus Offer without notice. Except as specifically modified herein, this Extended Stay Bonus Offer is subject to full Program Terms in addition to these Promotion Terms, and is void where prohibited.

Participating properties only. Free Nights require 7,500–30,000 points per bedroom. Discounted Nights with Points + Cash require 750–6,000 points per bedroom—plus, a cash payment (amount varies based on booking). You must have enough points for all bedrooms in desired accommodation to book with points. Free Nights & Discounted Nights with Points + Cash at hotels are for standard rooms. Per night resort fees payable at Caesars Entertainment properties; points can’t be used to pay them. Cancellation policies vary by property.
