Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms. To save 10% - 20% or more off the Standard Rate (as defined below) at participating hotels located in the United States and Canada (the “Wyndham Rewards Rate Offer”), during the period that begins on October 7, 2025 and runs through and includes October 31, 2025 (the “Booking Period”), book the Wyndham Rewards Rate on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), in accordance with these Offer Terms and complete such stay by February 28, 2026.

For clarity, any stay that is booked outside of the Booking Period, begun prior to October 7, 2025 or completed after February 28, 2026, will not qualify for the Wyndham Rewards Rate Offer.

Exact discount level (10% or more, 15% or more or 20% or more off the participating hotel’s Standard Rate) depends on length of stay. Subject to all Offer Terms:

·       stays of one (1) night that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive a discount of 10% or more off the participating hotel’s Standard Rate;

·       stays of two (2) consecutive nights that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive 15% or more off the participating hotel’s Standard Rate; and

·       stays of three (3) or more consecutive nights that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive 20% or more off the participating hotel’s Standard Rate.

FOR CLARITY, CERTAIN HOTELS IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA THAT OFFER THE WYNDHAM REWARDS RATE ARE NOT PARTICIPATING IN THIS OFFER. AT SUCH HOTELS, THE STANDARD WYNDHAM REWARDS RATE WILL PREVAIL DURING THE BOOKING PERIOD. HOTELS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATESAND CANADA THAT OFFER THE WYNDHAM REWARDS RATE ARE NOT PARTICIPATING IN THIS OFFER AND AT SUCH HOTELS, THE STANDARD WYNDHAM REWRDS RATE DISCOUNT WILL APPLY DURING THE BOOKING PERIOD.

“Standard Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the brand sites for the hotel, date and accommodation requested.

“Direct Booking Channel” means: (i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains; (ii) via the official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains by requesting the Wyndham Rewards Rate Offer; (iii) onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property by requesting the Wyndham Rewards Rate Offer; or (iv) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Cancel before 4 PM the day prior to scheduled check-in to avoid a one (1) night charge plus applicable taxes at most properties; some properties may require more advance notice. Contact individual hotel directly to confirm its cancelation policy.

Blackout dates, room type exclusions and other restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to participating hotels located in the United States and Canada and is subject to availability at such hotels. It is possible that this rate will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a Wyndham Rewards Rate Offer reservation may result in an ineligibility to receive the advertised discount. The Wyndham Rewards Rate Offer and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.

U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be automatically enrolled in the Wyndham Rewards Program upon completion of a reservation; to void enrollment, call Wyndham Rewards member services at 1-866-996-7937. Non-U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be provided an option to enroll in the Wyndham Rewards Program at time of reservation.  Enrollment is required to receive the advertised discount.

Tax is additional, and rates may not be combined with any other offer or discount other than applicable registration-based, bonus point promotions. Further, and for clarity, rates do not include resort/service fees, incidentals or gratuities or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed.

²Wyndham Rewards Debit Card Terms & Conditions:
Capitalized terms used without definition in these terms and conditions will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards Debit Card Points Earning Terms (the “Points Earning Terms”). You will earn 1 Point for every $1 spent on Net Purchases at gas stations, grocery stores, and participating Wyndham brand hotels. Net Purchases are all purchases made using the Card, excluding any returns, refunds, or adjustments. You will earn 1 Point for every $2 spent on all other Net Purchases. All Points earned through the use of your Card will be transferred to your Rewards Account after the close of each Card Account monthly statement.

Points are calculated on the Net Purchase amount of each transaction will be awarded based on merchant category codes as defined by Mastercard, including gas stations and automated fuel dispensers (5541 & 5542), grocery stores and supermarkets (5411), and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. We are not responsible for incorrect coding by merchants.

Only signature-based purchases (including small dollar purchases that do not require a signature), internet purchases, phone or mail order purchases, or automatic bill payment using the Card number and expiration date qualify for Points earning, including bonus Points. ATM withdrawals, transactions that include cash back at point of sale, quasi-cash or cash-like transactions, peer-to-peer payment app transactions, lottery tickets, disputed or unauthorized purchases, and fees do not qualify for Points earning. We have the right in our sole discretion to determine whether a transaction is eligible to earn Points, and have the right to deny Points on a transaction that is deemed ineligible.

There is no limit to the total Points you can earn as long as the Wyndham Rewards Program continues and your Card Account is open, active, in good standing and linked to an active Rewards Account. See Points Earning Terms for more information.
