What Is Wyndham Rewards?
Wyndham Rewards is Wyndham Hotel Group’s loyalty program.

Named a best hotel rewards program for the past three years by U.S. News & World Report, Wyndham Rewards is a simple-to-use, revolutionary loyalty program offering members a generous points earning structure along with a flat, free night redemption rate—the first of its kind for a major rewards program.

Members earn a minimum of 1,000 points for every qualified stay and can redeem their points for free nights at any of more than 25,000 hotels, condo-style resorts and homes. Learn more about Wyndham Rewards at www.wyndhamrewards.com.

What happened to the Easy Rewards program?
The Easy Rewards program was discontinued on March 4, 2018. March 15, 2018 was the last day for Easy Rewards members to redeem their points in accordance with the Easy Rewards program terms and conditions. After March 15, 2018, any points left in your Easy Rewards account were converted into Wyndham Rewards points, and your Easy Rewards account was closed.

What happened to my remaining Easy Rewards points?
We converted Easy Rewards points that remained in your Easy Rewards member account after March 15, 2018, into Wyndham Rewards points by March 31, 2018 at a rate of 1 Easy Rewards point to 1,500 Wyndham Rewards points.

For example, if you had 10 points remaining in your Easy Rewards account as of March 16, 2018, you received 15,000 Wyndham Rewards points in your Wyndham Rewards account by March 31, 2018.

Were the two loyalty programs combined?
No. Effective February 22, 2018, Wyndham Rewards replaced Easy Rewards.

Can I still earn points in Easy Rewards at AmericInn hotels?
No. March 3, 2018 was the last eligible night for Easy Rewards members to earn points for qualified nights completed at participating AmericInn hotels. 

Can I still redeem Easy Rewards points for checks and vouchers in accordance with the Easy Rewards program terms and conditions?
No. March 15, 2018 was the last day for Easy Rewards members to redeem their Easy Rewards points for checks and vouchers.

When do Easy Rewards room vouchers expire?
All Easy Rewards vouchers issued through December 31, 2017, will continue to expire one year from the date of issuance. All Easy Rewards vouchers issued between January 1, 2018 and March 15, 2018 expired on June 30, 2018.

For quick reference:

• If voucher was issued on or before December 31, 2017 then, voucher expires 1 year from date of issuance.
• If voucher was issued between January 1 - March 15, 2018 then, voucher expired June 30, 2018.

When can I start earning and redeeming Wyndham Rewards points at AmericInn hotels?
AmericInn hotels began participating in Wyndham Rewards as of February 22, 2018, so members can now earn and redeem Wyndham Rewards points at AmericInn hotels.

How do I become part of Wyndham Rewards?
All existing Easy Rewards members were automatically enrolled into Wyndham Rewards the week of December 18, 2017, unless they opted out. If you initially opted out of Wyndham Rewards but would now like to join, please visit www.wyndhamwrewards.com to enroll. If you were already a Wyndham Rewards member at the time of the auto-enrollment, you simply continue to be a member.

What happens to my Easy Rewards member’s account if I opted-out of auto-enrollment into Wyndham Rewards?
If you opted-out of enrollment into Wyndham Rewards, your Easy Rewards account was closed during the last two weeks of March and any Easy Rewards points that were not redeemed before March 16, 2018 were forfeited.

I was an Easy Rewards Elite Status Member. What is my status in Wyndham Rewards?
Upon enrollment in the Wyndham Rewards program, you received an e-mail containing your Wyndham Rewards member number as well as a Wyndham Rewards Member Level corresponding to your 2017 hotel stay activity with AmericInn. Please refer to the email you received from Wyndham Rewards the week of December 18, 2017 for your Wyndham Rewards Member number and Member Level information.

How was my Member Level in Wyndham Rewards determined?
If you were an Easy Rewards member who is new to Wyndham Rewards (i.e., you were automatically enrolled into Wyndham Rewards the week of December 18, 2017), your Wyndham Rewards Member Level was determined by the number of qualified nights you had in the Easy Rewards program between January 1, 2017 and December 17, 2017. Specifically, one qualified night under the Easy Rewards program during such date range was treated as one Qualifying Night under the Wyndham Rewards program.

For example, if you completed 5 qualified nights at AmericInn hotels between January 1 and December 17, 2017, you are deemed to have completed 5 Qualifying Nights in the Wyndham Rewards program. 5 Qualifying Nights in the Wyndham Rewards program makes you eligible for the Gold Member Level.

If you were an Easy Rewards member but also enrolled in Wyndham Rewards prior to the auto-enrollment time frame (week of December 18, 2017), your Wyndham Rewards Member Level was determined by adding the number of qualified nights you completed at AmericInn between January 1, 2017 and December 17, 2017 to the number of Qualifying Nights you completed at Wyndham Rewards destinations during the same time frame. For clarity, to the extent that sum exceeded the number of Qualifying Nights needed to achieve a particular Member Level, but fell short of the number needed to achieve the subsequent Member Level, the overage was not treated as Rollover Nights under the Wyndham Rewards program.

For example, if you completed 10 qualified nights at AmericInn hotels between January 1 and December 17, 2017, and 6 Qualifying Nights in Wyndham Rewards hotels during the same time frame, you were deemed to have completed 16 Qualifying Nights under the Wyndham Rewards program, with no rollover nights. 16 Qualifying Nights in the Wyndham Rewards program makes you eligible for the Platinum Member Level. You will receive all benefits available to Platinum Member of the Wyndham Rewards program, other than the point bonus.
