Italian carmaker Fiat chose Dolce Frégate Provence to organize Fiat Bravo’s launch and to reunite its national sales force. Based on an Italian theme, the event hosted nearly 100 attendees over a week’s time. During that time the new car’s launch was announced by key players in Fiat’s French market and the national sales team.

Our facilities, specifically designed to accommodate auto events, played perfect host. Fiat presented the new Fiat Bravo in the Frégate conference room and parked the remaining vehicles safely in our secure covered parking lot.

Various workshops were held throughout the week, including product workshops in the meeting rooms, several workshops at the Circuit du Castellet (such as a braking workshop), or driving workshops on the beautiful coastal roads (Route des Crètes, Domaine de la Bégude, etc.)

Our team, experienced in organizing and supervising automobile launches, assisted Fiat in maximizing special meeting room layouts (prepared as exhibition or testing spaces), as well as the conference center, which was completely reconfigured for the event. The manufacturer chose, for confidentiality reasons, not to display the cars on the plaza at the hotel entrance. Instead, they utilized the meeting rooms and outdoor spaces.

Our chef created a beautifully presented typical “Italian” buffet at Fiat’s request.

The Paul Ricard HTTT Circuit, created in partnership with Oreca “Circuit Paul Ricard Events”, is a mere 15-minute drive away in Bandol.
