Chef’s Aperitif
Inspired by the French Top Chef TV Show, this is a short, lively activity. Split into teams, attendees will be challenged to create an aperitif recipe in just 30 minutes. Teams will select their ingredients, then answer a round of questions to determine which skills the group possesses.
What proportions should be applied?
Is the basil for slicing or are the leaves part of the garnish?
How many cloves of garlic are needed for 100g of olives?
Who will chop them?
What else is needed?
Who will write the description?
Who can explain the cultural inspiration?
Time will run faster than normal if the right decisions have not been made, especially if the tasks are not evenly distributed. Look out for the surprise "warning shots" from our chefs. The organizers will judge each group's recipe and declare a winner.

Acclaimed international rugby player Johnny Wilkinson will provide pointers on how to score penalties and make drop kicks. Supplement of € 2,500 Excl. VAT/2 hours.
Provence, Pastis, Petanque
This enjoyable 90-minute activity combines the traditions of the Midi–Provence, Pastis, and Petanque. Enjoy a traditional Provencal aperitif in the bar located next to the pentanque courts where we offer an assortment of Pastis, Domaine de Frégate wines, beer, and soft drinks. Beverages are accompanied by traditional tapenade, pissaladières, and other regional specialties. The winner will enjoy a complimentary stay at one of our Dolce hotels in Europe.

Apero-Swing
This one and a half-hour activity is run as a challenge based on the different stages of the game. Each 15-participant group is accompanied by one Dolce Frégate Provence Golf Pro and all equipment is provided.This sporting activity is accompanied by a selection of beverages and appetizers. Domaine de Frégate rosé and white wines, beers, and soft drinks as well as a choice of appetizers (2 filled appetizer glasses & 2 filled appetizer spoons/person, i.e. 4 appetizers/person) is provided. Cocktail at Hole: N°10: Golf + View
Head to Hole no. 10, the hole closest to the Mediterranean Sea, with the Dolce Frégate Provence golf team. Enjoy a round of Champagne as you take in the spectacular views during this one-hour activity. From 10 to 35 persons. From 34€ per person.
Aperi-Street: Street Golf or Urban Golf
Experience this new discipline played with light balls and some surprising targets: a fountain, a bunker, even a swimming pool. Run in three to five urban golf workshops held outside in the waterfall and pool area, this activity is comprised of 15 participants accompanied by one Dolce Frégate Provence Golf Pro. All equipment is provided.
It’s perfect for players of all levels, and is an ideal teambuilding event. The 1930s are alive and well with this mock casino evening organized by entertainers, dressed as armed gangsters, from our partner Pointe South. Get in the mood for this two-hour activity with boas for ladies and fedoras for men, and get ready to try your hand at Blackjack, French Roulette, Poker, or the famous Horseracing table (a South Pointe exclusive). We’ll dole out the chips so you can try your luck, when it’s over you can exchange your chips for symbolic lots at a live auction.

Discover a new way of looking at wine with this festive activity organized by our partner Pointe South. Fun wine-related challenges take place in a grape-harvest atmosphere, and most challenges focus on learning about, rather than drinking, wine. From 10 people.
