Catering is also available for every type of gathering—from a gala banquet for 300 people to a fun themed coffee break for 30. In conjunction with your conference planner, you can customize a menu to suit your needs.

    Executive Chef Murray Hall leads a talented team in skillfully using fresh, wholesome ingredients to create culinary masterpieces. In addition to his famous bread pudding, Murray is known for his healthy versions of comfort food classics and progressive plant-based menu offers. He is also a five-time winner of the prestigious IACC Canadian Copper Skillet Competition.
