2STAY 2, GET 5,500 BONUS POINTS TERMS & CONDITIONS:

A.  Terms and Conditions

1.     Words capitalized but not defined in Section B, “Definitions”, below have the meanings as defined in the Wyndham Rewards Program Terms.
2.   Members will receive 5,500 Wyndham Rewards Points (“Bonus”) 2 to 4 weeks after completion of all of the following:
                      i.        Complete the registration process on wyndhamrewards.com, Wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of any participating Hotel Chain, or through the “My Promotions” section of his or her Member account on wyndhamrewards.com or on the Wyndham Rewards mobile app between 21 February 2020 and 26 April 2020 (“Booking Period”);
                     ii.        Book two (2) separate Qualified Stays at Participating Hotels through a Valid Channel; during the Booking Period; and
                    iii.        Complete the two (2) separate Qualified Stays between 21 February 2020 and 21 May 2020.
3.     Each Qualified Stay must not have overlapping stay dates. For clarity, the second (2nd) Qualified Stay must have a check-in date occurring after the check-out date of the first (1st) Qualified Stay.
4.     A no-show does not count as a Qualified Stay.
5.     A Go Fast Award stay does not count as a Qualified Stay.
6.     All Qualified Stays are subject to the Wyndham Rewards Program Terms, blackout dates, room type exclusions and other restrictions that may apply and vary with each Participating Hotel.
7.     Each Member is eligible for one (1) Bonus only (even if such Member completes more than two (2) Qualified Stays).
8.     The Bonus is exclusive to Wyndham Rewards Members and may be modified without notice.
9.     Members who have elected to earn airline miles or rail points in their Member profile are not eligible to receive a Bonus.

B.  Definitions

“Bonus” means 5,500 Wyndham Rewards Points.

“Go Fast Award” means a redemption option that allows you to redeem Wyndham Rewards points to obtain a discounted rate, subject to availability. At Participating Hotels, such discounts can be obtained for 1,500, 3,000 or 6,000 points; at Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties, such discounts can be obtained for 3,000 or 6,000 points. The point redemption level at a particular property depends on the tier of such property. For up-to-date redemption tier information visit wyndhamrewards.com/locations to conduct a search. Not all properties that participate in the Wyndham Rewards Program offer Go Fast awards at all times. You can search for an accommodation here to determine whether it participates in the Go Fast award program on your desired dates. Taxes and any other applicable fees are not included in A Go Fast award, and must be paid in addition to the discounted rate. “Member(s)” means a member of the Wyndham Rewards program.

“Offer Terms” means these terms and conditions as listed above.

“Participating Hotels” are defined as all “By Wyndham” hotels and other “By Wyndham” lodging facilities operating under a franchise, license or management agreement with a participating "Hotel Chain" at the time in question. The participating Hotel Chains are currently AmericInn by Wyndham®, Baymont by Wyndham®, Days Inn by Wyndham®, Dazzler by Wyndham, Dolce Hotels and Resorts® by Wyndham, Esplendor® Boutique Hotels by Wyndham, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham®, Howard Johnson by Wyndham®, La Quinta by Wyndham®, Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham®, Ramada by Wyndham®, Super 8 by Wyndham®, Trademark Collection by WyndhamTM, Travelodge by Wyndham®, TRYP by Wyndham®, Wingate by Wyndham®, Wyndham Grand®, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts®, and Wyndham Garden® branded hotels worldwide but are subject to change at any time without notice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following properties are not Participating Hotels and do not allow for earning of points or Travel Partner Currency: Viva Wyndham V Samana, Viva Wyndham V Heavens, Viva Wyndham Tangerine, Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach, Viva Wyndham Dominicus Palace, Viva Wyndham Dominicus Beach, Viva Wyndham Azteca, Viva Wyndham Maya, Wyndham Concorde Isla Margarita, The Alexander, The H Hotel, and the following Dolce Hotels and Resorts corporate training facilities: Bank of Montreal Institute for Learning and the Ivey Tangerine Leadership Centre. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms and the Program Terms, for the avoidance of doubt, Travelodge properties outside of the United States, Canada and Mexico are not owned or operated by, or otherwise affiliated with, Wyndham Rewards, Inc., Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc. and Wyndham Hotel Asia Pacific Co., Limited and do not participate in the Program; as used in these Offer Terms and the Program Terms, the term "Travelodge" is intended to refer only to Travelodge branded properties located in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Participating Hotels may sometimes be referred to as "Wyndham Rewards hotels" in advertising.

“Qualified Stay(s)” occurs when:

a)     a Member stays one or more consecutive nights at the same Participating Hotel, which number of nights satisfies the applicable Participating Hotel’s minimum length of stay requirements (if any);

b)    the nightly rate(s) for such Member’s accommodations, over the course of such Member’s stay, added together (but excluding taxes, surcharges and any other charges or fees), total at least US $25.00 (the "Minimum Total Rate");

c)     in the case of Participating Destinations and Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties (as further defined in the Program Terms), such Member provides his or her Wyndham Rewards membership number during the reservation process;

d)    such Member pays all amounts payable for such stay in accordance with the Participating Hotel’s then applicable payment policies;

e)     in the case of Participating Hotels, the stay is booked via www.wyndhamrewards.comwww.wyndhamhotels.com, the Wyndham Rewards App, the applicable Member Services telephone number provided here, the official brand website of the applicable participating Hotel Chain (as defined above), the official (800) number of the applicable Hotel Chain as listed on such site, or on site at the applicable Participating Hotel;

f)     in the case of Participating Destinations and Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties, the stay is booked via www.wyndhamrewards.comwww.wyndhamhotels.com, the Wyndham Rewards App or the applicable Member Services telephone number listed on https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/en-ap/wyndham-rewards/contact-us

For clarity, and without limiting anything contained in the foregoing sentence, an online booking for a stay at a Participating Caesars Entertainment Property or Participating Destination must be made on a website whose address includes “www.wyndhamhotels.com” in order for such stay to be deemed a Qualified Stay.  If a Member checks out and then checks back in to the same Participating Hotel on the same day, it will count as a single stay for purposes of calculating a Qualified Stay. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this definition, certain stays at Participating Hotels which meet the criteria set forth in clauses (a), (b) and (d) of the Program Terms, but which are booked through independent travel agents, may also be Qualified Stays; please check with your independent travel agent prior to booking to confirm whether or not the applicable stay will be deemed a Qualified Stay.

“Valid Channel” means wyndhamrewards.com, wyndhamhotels.com, any of the official brand websites of any Participating Hotel chain (e.g. https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham), the Wyndham Rewards mobile app, the official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards, reservation telephone numbers or reservation e-mail addresses of the Participating Hotels.

“Wyndham Rewards Program Terms” means those terms and conditions applicable to the Wyndham Rewards program available at www.WyndhamRewards.com/terms.

C.    Illustration on earning and use of Wyndham Rewards points

1.     Under the Program Terms, two (2) Qualified Stays will earn typically a minimum of 2,000 Wyndham Rewards Points (such earnings, or any greater amount of points that may be earned pursuant to the Program Terms, (“Regular Earnings”)).  Accordingly, a Member who receives the Bonus pursuant to these Offer Terms will earn at least a total of 7,500 Wyndham Rewards points upon completing the two (2) Qualified Stays. 

2.     7,500 Wyndham Rewards points are reedemable for 1 standard bedroom per night at thousands of Participating Hotels, subject to availability, blackout dates, room type exclusions and other restrictions that may apply and vary with each Participating Hotel.
