The PMA/MA shall pay 100% of the applicable Contracted Rate for any PMA/MA Room they confirmed by 15 February 2022, unless a Member Association(s) do not qualify to the Final Competition. Should the relevant Member Association not qualify to the Competition, the relevant MA Room(s) confirmed by the Member Association for the duration of the MA Room Reservation Period and, where applicable, for any additional number of days prior to the commencement and/or after the end of the MA Room Reservation Period shall be released to the Hotel Authority at no cost to such Member Association.  

For the duration of the PMA/MA Room Reservation Period (nights of March 30, 31, April 1) and any number of additional days prior to the commencement and/or after the end of the PMA/MA Room Reservation Period. Should a PMA/MA confirm the reservation of an PMA/MA Room for any number of additional days prior to the commencement and/or after the end of the PMA/MA Room Reservation period, the Hotel Authority shall be free to apply its customary rates in respect of the PMA/MA Room Nights falling outside of the PMA/MA Room Reservation Period.
