Capitalized terms used without definition in these promotion terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamRewards.com/terms (the “Program Terms”). For a limited time, the Deloitte Fast Pass offer (“Offer”) provides Wyndham Rewards Members who are also employees of Deloitte LLP and its affiliates (“Deloitte”) the chance, as applicable, to obtain upgrade(s) to their Wyndham Rewards Member Levels by an expedited basis, as more particularly described in these Offer Terms.  To qualify for the Offer an applicant (“Applicant”) must (i) be or become a Wyndham Rewards Member; (ii) be an employee of Deloitte; (iii) receive an email invitation, sent to their deloitte.com email address, to the Offer (the “Offer Email”); (iv) complete the registration process for the Offer by clicking on the link to the Wyndham Rewards landing page in the Offer Email, sign-in to his/her Wyndham Rewards Member account or enroll in Wyndham Rewards, enter his/her deloitte.com email address in the field provided and click “submit” between July 2, 2018 and October 1, 2018 (“Registration”).

Upon completion of the foregoing process, any Applicant who is a Blue Level Wyndham Rewards Member will receive an immediate upgrade to Gold Level (an “Upgraded Gold Member”).  Applicants who have already achieved Gold Level or above in the Program in accordance with the Program Terms as of the date they register for this Offer will not receive an upgrade to the subsequent Member Level upon Registration for this Offer. However, they will have the chance to receive an expedited upgrade pursuant to the chart set forth below.

All Upgraded Gold Members and all other Applicants who complete the above described Registration will, after booking and completing the number of Offer Qualified Nights (as defined below) set forth in the chart below, receive an upgrade to the Member Level set forth directly to the right of such number in such chart.  For purposes of these Offer Terms, “Offer Qualified Nights” means Qualifying Nights (as such term is defined in the Program Terms), with the exception of Go Free Award nights and Go Fast Award nights, that (a) begin no earlier than July 2, 2018; and (b) are completed no later than the date that is ninety (90) days after the applicable Member’s Registration for this Offer.

Please note, if a Member needs less Qualifying Nights (i.e., pursuant to the Program Terms) than the number of Offer Qualified Nights identified above to obtain the subsequent level, he/she will obtain such level pursuant to the Program Terms rather than these Offer Terms. For example, a Member who, at the time of Registration into this Offer, is a Gold Member as a result of the Program Terms and not these Offer Terms and only needs five (5) Qualifying Nights to obtain Platinum pursuant to the Program Terms, will obtain such level upon the completion of five (5) Qualifying Nights rather than seven (7) Offer Qualified Nights, as identified in the above chart. However, in order to then reach Diamond Level pursuant to this Offer, the same Member will need fifteen (15) Offer Qualified Nights completed in accordance with these Offer Terms to receive the further upgrade to Diamond Level, i.e., a total of twenty (20) Offer Qualified Nights.

A Member who qualifies for an upgrade pursuant to these Offer Terms will be notified of such upgrade by email sent to the email address stored in such Member’s account. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, if a Member number is associated with more than one (1) Offer Qualified Night on the same date(s), only one such Offer Qualified Night will count toward the next available upgrade. For clarity, completed nights during a Qualified Stay which has a check-in date prior to July 2, 2018, and/or a check-out date more than ninety (90) days after the date of such Member’s Registration for this Offer, will not be counted towards the Offer. Maximum of one (1) upgrade to each applicable Member Level per Member. A no-show will not qualify toward this Offer. The Offer may not be substituted for or combined with any other offer. Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify the Offer without notice. A Member’s upgrade obtained pursuant to this Offer cannot be transferred, purchased or sold. A Member’s Member Level status and the benefits applicable to each Member Level, including, but not limited to, expiration of the Member Level obtained in accordance with these Offer Terms, are subject to full Member Level terms and conditions within the Program Terms. Upon expiration of the Member Level obtained in accordance with these Offer Terms, each affected Member will be downgraded to the next Member Level then available to such Member under the Program Terms. The Offer is subject to full Program Terms in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void where prohibited.
