*“Bleisure Your Way: Save More with Wyndham” Terms & Conditions
Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, which are available at www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”).
1. Under the “Bleisure Your Way: Save More with Wyndham” offer (the “Offer”) stays (of at least two (2) consecutive nights) which are booked via Authorized Channels in accordance with these Offer Terms, will receive:
A. For non-Wyndham Rewards members, a discount of up to 15% off the Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate. The exact level of discount offered depends on the length of each Offer Stay as follows:
(i) an Offer Stay of two (2) consecutive nights will receive a discount of 5% off the Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate for each of those two (2) nights;
(ii) an Offer Stay of three (3) consecutive nights will receive a discount of 10% off the Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate for each of those three (3) nights; and
(iii) an Offer Stay of four (4) or more consecutive nights will receive a discount of 15% off the Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate for each of those nights,
B. For Wyndham Rewards members, a discount of up to 20% off the Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate. The exact level of discount offered depends on the length of each Offer Stay as follows:
(i) an Offer Stay of two (2) consecutive nights will receive a discount of 10% off the Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate for each of those two (2) nights;
(ii) an Offer Stay of three (3) consecutive nights will receive a discount of 15% off the Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate for each of those three (3) nights; and
(iii) an Offer Stay of four (4) or more consecutive nights will receive a discount of 20% off the Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate for each of those nights,
(each of the above discounts shall be known as the “Offer Discount”);
2. The Offer is available for new bookings made via Authorized Channels between the dates of April 29, 2025 and November 25, 2025 (“Booking Period”) at Participating Hotels for stays occurring between April 29, 2025 and November 30, 2025 (“Travel Period”).
3. For Wyndham Rewards Members:
(i) Wyndham Rewards points may be earned on each completed Offer Stay in accordance with the Program Terms if an Offer Stay is also a Qualified Stay under the Program Terms.
(ii) In order to qualify for Wyndham Rewards points, Offer Stays must be booked via Direct Booking Channels; any booking made via an online travel agency will not qualify for Wyndham Rewards points.

4. For the purposes of these Offer Terms:
(i) “Authorized Channels” means any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below) and/or an online travel agency (OTA) recognized by Wyndham.
(ii) “Standard Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the brand sites for the Participating Hotel, date and accommodation requested. The Standard Rate for each Participating Hotel is subject to change at any time.
(iii) “Direct Booking Channel” means: (i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains, provided that the Offer is selected when making a booking, (ii) the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains, provided that the Offer is requested when making a booking; (iii) onsite at a Participating Hotel, directly with such Participating Hotel, provided that the Offer is requested when making a booking; (iv) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App provided that the Offer is selected when making a booking; or (v) via “Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Official Booking” WeChat Mini Program provided that the Offer is selected when making a booking.
(iv) “Offer Stay” is a stay of at least two (2) or more consecutive nights at a Participating Hotel, booked between the Booking Period, occurring between the Travel Period.
(v) “Participating Hotels” are the hotels listed on the official Offer landing page by Wyndham.
5. For clarity, any stay which:
(i) is not booked between the dates of April 29, 2025 and November 25, 2025;
(ii) has a check-in date prior to April 29, 2025, regardless of whether any portion of such stay occurs after April 29, 2025;
(iii) has a check-out date after November 30, 2025, regardless of whether any portion of such stay occurs before November 30, 2025, will not be an Offer Stay and will not qualify for the Offer Discount.
6. Reservations made under the Offer must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
7. Blackout dates, room type exclusions and restrictions may apply and vary for each individual Participating Hotel. The availability of the Offer is limited to Participating Hotels only and is subject to availability at such Participating Hotels. It is possible that the Offer will not be available at certain Participating Hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the Offer may result in an ineligibility to receive the Offer Discount even if such modification was made during the Booking Period and dates for the Offer Stay occur within the Travel Period.
8. The Offer Discount is provided as a discount off a Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate only and not to any taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed by a Participating Hotel. Tax is payable in addition to the rates, and the Offer may not be combined with any other offer, discounted or special rates (including use of Wyndham Rewards Points) other than registration-based, bonus points promotions as determined by the Sponsor (defined in the “Program Terms”) to be applicable.
9. The Offer applies to new bookings only.
10. The Offer is not applicable to group bookings.
11. Reservations under the Offer is subject to the right of the Participating Hotel to cancel the reservation in accordance with the Participating Hotel’s cancellation policy. Please refer to each Participating Hotel’s page for full details or inquire prior to reservation.
12. Charges for no-shows may apply. Reservations must be canceled before 4 pm (local time at Paticipating Hotel) on the day prior to scheduled check-in date to avoid a one (1) night charge plus applicable taxes at most Paticipating Hotels; some Paticipating Hotels may require more advance notice. Contact Participating Hotel directly to confirm its cancelation policy.
The Offer and the Offer Terms are subject to cancellation or change at any time. The Offer is subject to the Program Terms (if applicable) in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void where prohibited by law.
